Property is under construction which was NOT listed on the Expedia website. Was " upgraded" to a newly renovated room but was awoken to drilling at 8:30 am. New rooms are not soundproof as could hear the room above me. Was offered " free" breakfast as compensation which was kind of hotel. Also shuttle does not run all day - only takes 7 people and it's first come. My ride was a little tight. Hallways were covered in drywall dust during the day. Don't understand why staff would think it was ok to place traveling clients in a construction zone and expect they are awake from 8-5 at an international airport where travelers are requiring sleep on different time zones? Expedia was NOT helpful.

Using a rented car, it was a matter of minutes to get to the hotel from CDG airport. Plenty of parking. Very impressive lobby. The staff at the check-in counter were kind and helpful. I received an upgrade to a newly renovated room, which was fantastic. I loved it.

We like the room, renovated and looks new. it is easy to notice that their hard-working ladies take good care of the rooms. People don't stay in hotels to watch TV but I think they could offer more TV channels, like Canal Plus.

The staff were very kind, helpful, and accommodating during my stay. I stayed in a deluxe room which had been recently renovated (offered an upgrade) and it was beautiful. Very close to the CDG airport (with shuttle service available). The location isn’t as close to the city but it worked out.

Modern hotel, very nice staff, kind and attentionate towards our toddler, very comfortable bed and they upgraded us to a renovated room! The free shuttle was also very helpful! would recommend this hotel!
