Van der Valk Hotel Paris CDG Airport

The hotel is lovely. It is clean. The staff is very helpful. Only downside is they are doing renovation and the banging, drilling and noise wakes you up in the morning at 8 am, you cannot sleep in late if you are on vacation. Also, some of the bath towels need to throw out , they have stain on them and are discolored.

Great location. Within walking distance to a large shopping centre with many restaurant options. Large comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

This property is conveniently located just less than 15 drive from the CDG Airport. We took the free airport shuttle which was comfortable. There are several public transportation options within a two minute walk of the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, brand new, and well maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming. While it takes an hour to get to the city and Disney, it is worth the stay at this well maintained hotel. I would see it as a peaceful haven after a long day of sightseeing or visiting the parks.

Had a really good stay here. Appreciated the airport shuttle once I actually found it. The room was nice, clean, spacious. Staff were helpful, friendly and really lovely!

Appreciated the upgrade on first visit to a renovated room. 2nd visit we didn't initially get it and put in an old room. However air con wasn't working so they moved us to a renovated room - noticeably different. Also appreciated the baggage storage and shuttle. Note: last shuttle from hotel to airport stopped at checkout, so you need to make sure you don't miss it or one earlier.

Stayed 2 nights with van der valk. This hotel branch is a disgrace to the van der valk name. The hotel is old and lacking modern amenities its like going back into the 90s and is very outdated. Furthermore before checking out the african women accused us of smoking when clearly i was going outside everytime to smoke when confronting customer service about this issue they went to inspect the room but found no evidence of smoking but still had the audacity to charge me 70€ for just rolling up. Ive been to many hotels and never had any such problems.

Food in the restaurant was delicious. Staff was well trained and helpful.

Very spacious room and facilities. Dinner was great, and all of the staff was very kind and welcoming!
