You must show a valid government issued photo ID and credit card upon check-in. A $100 cash refundable damage deposit is required at check-in. The refund of this deposit is subject to an inspection of the property. Our minimum check-in age is 21. Guests ages 21-24 are required to pay a $100 refundable cash security deposit per person. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Locals residing in Horry, Georgetown, Williamsburg, and Marion counties are welcome to stay with us year-round. Please note: A $150 refundable cash security deposit is required at check-in for all local guest reservations. Only limited Housekeeping service offered at this time. The following room types will receive up to 2 parking passes - 1K2QSV and NENV3. All other room types will receive 1 parking pass.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Horrible, false advertisement about fees due at check in"

Website stated a $100 cash was due at check in. When I got to the counter, I was quoted $200. I will not be booking at this hotel again. When I told them to cancel my stay I was still charged for 1 night.

"Just very disappointed in the hotel but we still got to enjoy the beach"

Patio door non working, We were there Monday through Friday and they didn't come and vaccume or do any house work at all not even take trash out, but they did give us more thrash bags and towels when needed had to go to front desk and ask.They didn't give us the codes to the pool area and indoor pools till the morning we were leaving which they should have give us when we checked in Monday.Oh and the parking area kinda sucked to.
