The place is a slum, didn't realize that dumps like this still existed on the beach. It was nasty, dinghy, all kinds of shady activities and people around, elevator door looked like piss rusted stall doors, on n on I can't find the words to accurately describe this hell hole. I wouldn't stay here for free. They'd have to pay me to stay here. O n I didn't mention I didn't get the room I paid for n one other small detail - they made us stay at their "sister location" the Polynesian because ocean plaza was being repaired but didn't look any better. And the staff didn't care or offer refund. Stay away from here

Kitchen supplies were dirty

The location and price were good. The staff was nice.

The floors were absolutely discussing. I walked across the floor once to the balcony door and my feet were black. You could feel how gross the floor was immediately. The door know was loose. There were also several other cosmetic issues with the room and property. The hot tubs did not function properly either one of them the jets wouldnt work at all. The other was under filled and cold water came out of the jets.

Affordable

Parking, after finding out the death trap below deck parking was also full had to go public parking and pay.
