Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Locals residing in Horry, Georgetown, Williamsburg, and Marion counties are welcome to stay with us year-round. Please note: A $150 refundable cash security deposit is required at check-in for all local guest reservations. Only limited Housekeeping service offered at this time.
