Ocean Plaza Motel

I like that there's 3 beds in this room. We have booked the same room for several years after the first time we got it

Getting towels and toilet paper was a struggle. And the elevator is very slow

When I got there I had to wait till 6pm for my room and my sister room the door handle and lock were broken And I called front desk about my deposit cuz the room next to me the people were smoking weed and our room smelt bad I did not want to loose my deposit the the security guard was on the elevator with me and gave my room number to guest on there and told them he did not know what room 103 wanted him to do about room 102 smoking pot that is not ok I have children he could have caused a huge problem for me and my family

Location, the staff was very friendly

We didn't have a working TV our whole stay.

Close to the beach within walking distance.

The rooms smelled stuffy. The carpet was damp and mushy when you walked across your foot prints were still in the carpet. The side of the refrigerator had mold. The balcony door took 2 people to open and close. The maintenance man entered our room without knocking. If you book through a 3rd party you are charged different deposits. Says no pets but people was still sneaking pets in without management knowing. My son stepped on the tack strip by the balcony door. Stains on the walls.

I liked the access to the ocean. Beds were comfy, staff was amazing, allowed us to check in super early.

Bathroom was very hot even with the exhaust fan on. Management was not there at 6am after told we could get our security deposit at that time as thats when management comes in the morning.
