You must show a valid government issued photo ID and credit card upon check-in. A $100 cash refundable damage deposit is required at check-in. The refund of this deposit is subject to an inspection of the property. Our minimum check-in age is 21. Guests ages 21-24 are required to pay a $100 refundable cash security deposit per person. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Locals residing in Horry, Georgetown, Williamsburg, and Marion counties are welcome to stay with us year-round. Please note: A $150 refundable cash security deposit is required at check-in for all local guest reservations. Only limited Housekeeping service offered at this time. The following room types will receive up to 2 parking passes - 1K2QSV and NENV3. All other room types will receive 1 parking pass.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Cheap rental and staff are very friendly"

The indoor pool was awesome!

The keys and the doorknobs. The keys to the doors were giving us trouble and I had to actually screw in one of the screws to the deadbolt on one of my doors. And the water pressure In The shower sucked. And there were no plug ins except beside the TV and behind the bed which wasn't useable. For the amount I paid it was decent value though. Would I stay again? Probably not but if you want something cheap priced I'd say it's definitely a decent stay.
