We thoroughly enjoyed our Cambridge Beaches get-away to celebrate our anniversary. From the warm and welcoming check-in (with the Bermuda rum swizzle) to the seamless check-out, it was simply a wonderful experience. The staff were all friendly and cheerful, and the large suite was very comfortable with all the amenities we could want. The private porch was exceptional, with its wide vistas of the ocean, allowing us to enjoy both the "Bermudaful" sunrise and sunset - and was perfect for our in-room private dining. This was our 4th stay and we look forward to our fifth and getting on Cambridge's repeat-stay board!

A classic Bermuda resort with modern amenities and decor. The service was exceptional. The property includes four beaches, each with its own vibe, and features lush tropical landscaping. The food offerings are way beyond typical upscale hotel fare. Breezes and Sunken Harbor Club are both culinary gems.

Let me start from the very beginning Cambridge Beaches sent Craig Bailey to pick us up from the airport and he was such a pleasure to talk to. He also had a broad knowledge and history of the island. A total gentleman and great personality. If you get the chance to have him as your cab driver please do with my highest recommendation. Ok now the resort the most beautiful, safe , comfortable & quiet place. The beach and service… the beach is the most beautiful I have ever seen. Service, if you are dining at Cambridge Beaches seek out Atul Rawat dining manager at Cambridge. He is one of the best in the business and made our trip the best it could be. A delightful gentleman and extremely knowledgeable and a delight to talk to. I can go on but my ratings speak for themselves.

Escaping for 3 nights. The hotel is great for the beaches, views, and setting. The hotel is not good for service and food. The guest experience is subpar at best and it seems like the staff is unwilling to do the bear minimum on friendliness. Training is needed. Care and niceties are needed especially the front desk. Perhaps there is going on with management. If you are used to other resorts for services like the reefs, Loren, grotto, then this place is not for you. The food has been a major disappointment. Sunken harbor is not worth going to..we spoke to others at the resort and they couldn’t agree more. My wife’s wish was undercooked and all the food was quite salty. Staff isn’t bad and they try to accommodate but not enough. I really wish the resort could do better and it seems they are slowly improving the dated rooms. Because of the sprawling nature of the property service is tougher it seems. Next time we will be staying elsewhere. Come only for the beaches and outdoor activities but don’t expect good service and food.

We have just returned from another fabulous Cambridge Beaches visit. It’s beautiful and a very special place, it never disappoints. Since we have been to Bermuda at other times we enjoy just staying put at the resort. We swim, play tennis & PB & in the afternoon we get a boat from H2O water sports,which is next door, & we go snorkeling & exploring. This year we went out with Jamie - the owner of H2O water sports and he took us way out into the ocean to his favorite snorkeling spot which was amazing & the highlight of our trip. There are 3 restaurants, all with different types of food. All have water views & several tables on the beach. It’s always fun to eat on the beach & enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The food is very good & the Monday night BBQ is a must. Locals come too & there is music. They go all out to make it delicious and nice. The staff is wonderful, lovely, attentive & responsive. They go out of their way to give the best service. Many have been there for years & all deserve an A+ including the housekeeping staff. We love coming back and seeing all the familiar faces . Our room had a private pool and a terrace over looking the ocean, a great place to watch all the boats go by as well as the pink sunsets. The room was nicely decorated & very spacious. We had high end linens on the bed which is also a nice vacation treat! Cambridge Beaches is a chill place with lots of traditional Bermuda charm. It’s not a noisy resort with an active night life but it’s that low key charm that makes it so wonderful. All this loveliness doesn’t come cheap. Since it’s on an island, that inflates the cost. We were spoiled rotten after spending a week there. And, now look forward to another visit next year.

Our wedding at Cambridge Beaches was perfect. From the planning to the execution, everything was flawless. The location, accommodation, restaurants, food and service were amazing. Our family and friends had a fantastic time.

This was our 2nd stay at Cambridge Beaches and will continue to stay here on future trips. The team is wonderful and there to make sure your stay is the most enjoyable. The waitstaff was outstanding - we sat at our table and were reviewing the menu when my wife noticed something about the silverware, nothing big, but the waiter who was serving another table heard this and immediately rectified it without fanfare - this is just a minor example of the overall attentive service you can expect from the team at Cambridge Beaches. The room, the restaurants, the beaches, and the pool makes for a very relaxing vacation. It may be a distance from Hamilton and the airport, but once you get there, you will not be disappointed.
