I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Inma at Invisa Es Pla in San Antonio, Ibiza, and she truly made my stay unforgettable. 🌟 From the very first moment, she was incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely attentive. You can feel that she really cares about the guests — always with a smile, always ready to help, and always making you feel at home. For me, Inma was the real highlight of the entire hotel. The hotel itself is great, but her positive energy, her professionalism, and her big heart are what made the experience so special. People like Inma are rare, and she’s an absolute gem for the hotel. Thank you so much, Inma — you turned a good holiday into an amazing one! 💛

Customer Service:
We were really looking forward to our stay, but by the last day, we couldn’t wait to leave. The hotel’s customer service was extremely disappointing. It became very clear that they care more about how much money you spend, particularly on alcohol, than about the wellbeing of their guests. The most concerning experience was when my daughter had a severe allergic reaction to a meal that unknowingly contained peanuts. The hotel staff offered no real assistance beyond directing us to the nearest hospital. There was no follow-up, concern, or compassion shown, which was deeply upsetting. Room:
We stayed in one of the “Iconic” rooms, which we found to be all style and no substance. The layout was odd, the toilet and shower are in separate small rooms separated by see through doors, and the sink is located in the actual bedroom. This setup offers no privacy, making it very inconvenient, especially if you're sharing the room. Breakfast & Drinks:
Breakfast was underwhelming. It’s your typical buffet setup, but with limited variety and rather bland food. Definitely not the quality we expected from a hotel of this price range. Bar staff refuse to give you ice by itself, even if you’ve purchased drinks prior. They claim there is “no ice” yet will give you a few cubes with a drink. Swimming Pools:
There are two pools, one quieter and one with entertainment, but both are in serious need of renovation. The facilities look worn out and tired, which detracts from any relaxing atmosphere they might have aimed for. Gym: The gym was a major letdown. The machines were dirty, uncomfortable, and clearly not maintained. Throughout the entire week we stayed, it didn’t look like the equipment was cleaned even once. It felt unhygienic and uninviting not a space you'd want to use. Overall:
I cannot recommend this hotel. The lack of genuine customer care, poor room design, underwhelming dining, and tired facilities made this a regrettable stay. There are far better options available that truly value their guests and maintain higher standards.

Good: - easy walk to the waterfront, bars and clubs - clean - breakfast is fine, if repetitive - friendly staff Not so good: - don’t bother with half board, evening meal is very poor - don’t pay for upgrade to ‘superior room with pool view’ really not worth it - corridors can be quite noisy at night (early morning)

Location, cleanliness and space were great. Perfect for a budget stay

We've just had five nights at the very nice es pla and it really is a great find for us and only five minutes from the beach and with a ludl across the road and a very high standard of food and cleanliness and the room was immaculate and very sift beds and walk in shower and the weather's been amazing and great air conditioning even though the flesh pot of san Antonio is not very far away everyone seems to get on well and no loss of sleep do to clubbers.
