Invisa Hotel Es Pla - Adults Only

This is a very good hotel! Great location for San Antonio. Lidl across the road for cheap water / beers for your room. The breakfast is really good. Plenty of choice. Not sure how some of the reviews say otherwise... We never had one single problem with the food, hotel or staff. Two pools, always plenty of beds around both. We are booking again for next year. Highly recommend.

Incident happened with me and the ambulance team. When the situation was happening the staff at front desk was very rude and not accommodating. Was telling us to move and getting angry at us for no reason when there was clearly something wrong with my friend

Can’t fault the property it was clean comfortable and in a good location

Not really a four star hotel lacked atmosphere made to pay tourist tax when we arrived,receptionists not very friendly. Adults only but a lot of young adults here for a good time. Room was clean but bathroom dated, there was a vent in bathroom where you could hear people next door. Food was ok nothing special. Internet was useless in room weak signal. We had a room facing back pool which was much better front view was a view of the road and wasteland plus a view of Lidl. Overall ok for a week close to everthing. Would cone to Ibiza again but to a quieter area

Security guard literally threatened to kill a guest over something so small, he’s a serious problem for this hotel as a few guests said the same thing, extremely aggressive l, bullying behaviour and intimidation tactics plus threats to kill a guest. Hotel management were made aware and said oh he’s had a few bad days, made excuses rather than make amends. To go on holiday and have threats to kill made by staff is beyond shocking.Will be taken further.
