Die Nähe zum Strand und zur Stadt ist super, es ist nicht so laut, wie bei den Amusements, dennoch zentral. Auch die Entfernung zum Bahnhof ist hervorragend! Die Wohnung ist groß, modern eingerichtet und sauber.

The location and sea view

The quality of the apartment. Poor cleanliness. Loose taps. Leaking bathroom. No bath tap. Filthy seal on shower screen.Bare cables on hallway light fitting. Dirty cushions & rug in lounge. Uncomfortable sofas. Boiler in bedroom, which is unexplainable noisy throughout the night.

Felt damp, beds not comfortable. Some furniture needs replacing as were not stable and would easily break if used.

"Beautiful location & views, needs a little TLC"

The location was perfect & was ideal for our needs.

The property unfortunately does not quite match the photos as advertised! The beds are completely different to those shown on the website and we were a little disappointed by this. The bedding was a little bit to be desired and very mismatched. The bath leaks terribly when taking a shower and this I think you are aware of by the very blown bath panel. If you are not aware of this then you are now. The patio furniture needs some TLC as does some areas of the property itself. The hallway light the rose is missing and wiring is exposed. On arrival the apartment smelt terribly of “fish” and all the windows had been left open to try and rid this smell. Thankfully this smell did improve. The lift was out of action and barricaded with lampshades and barriers?? The main front door needed no code to get in as it was constantly open and the key safe lock was set to the code already so not much security. We did scramble it when we took the key out and on returning it someone had reset it, so someone knows the code!!
