Good location. Clean Rooms. Lovely staff. It was perfect for what we needed

The room was lovely for the 5 hours I spent in it

The price but it's just rip off Ireland so not really their fault. But Ennis is a great town I'll be down again, the locals are savage craic

It was clean and comfortable

First walked in room and it smelt fusty BUT within half an hour you couldn’t smell it.

Breakfast was not included and it was difficult to find the hotel entrance which was on the side of the building and then up a long flight of stairs to get to get to the lobby check in area.

We were given a room with a broken shower door and could not use the shower or risk flooding the bathroom floor with water. We reported the problem, but were not given another room, just told that a handyman would look into it while we went out to dinner, but this did not happen and then the front desk staff was not available at that point to change our room.

Lighting in room was poor seemed dark but bright light huge mirror in bathroom .Shower powerful bath slippy . Staff helpful but busy . Best place to park is in parking area along the road which is free 6.30 pm to 9.30 am just popped along got new ticket in morning. Very central for exploring Ennis .Little noise from bar below but not too late finishing otherwise very quiet .Beds comfortable. Tea and coffee provided in room and can buy cakes etc in cafe below reception.

Dark lighting 150 euro deposit held on card in case of breakages smoking etc but probably because they got a lot of young ones staying over at weekends ! We stayed midweek and were all over 60 and 80 in a triple room .This was refunded a few hours after room was checked ✔️

We must be easy to please. Directions and signs provided by the hotel beforehand were clear so we didn't have the access issues mentioned in otherreviews. Didn't not have noise issues either. Great location for bus routes, and nightlife.

Layout of rooms is initially a little confusing. Rooms were a bit dark like others said.

Das Zimmer ist optisch gut durchdacht. Mitten in der Innenstadt

Die Matratzen dürfen mal ein Update bekommen.
