Queens Hotel and Nightclub

Location was excellent and the breakfast was good

The hotel was quite dirty and not well kept. The reception Staff didn't seem to know they're job . Sent us to a room that wasn't ready and didn't know how to give a vat invoice .

La vétusté de l'immeuble ( moisissures sur les fenêtres pat exemple), la prise d'une caution de 150€ pour la nuit, ce qui ne nous était jamais arrivé dans un hôtel

Central, room was clean and nicely decorated, staff were friendly and helpful

The entrance was a bit off putting

We enjoyed the location.

Our request to have our rooms nearby, didn't happen. Upon checkin we were given room 219. It was extremely dark in the room. No lamps, no overhead light, just dimly lit wall lights, that could not be turned up. Next, I went to use the bathroom, and the toilet seat was not even attached! I went flying against the wall. It wasn't a matter of being tightened, it was completly broken. We asked to be moved, and were denied, with promises to move us after lunch on the following day. We spent the night without a seat on our toilet. No compensation or concern for our safety was mentioned. My husband and I are 77, and 82. Needless to say, I will advise all family and friend, visting Ennis, stay far away from the Queens Hotel!

Excelente localização.

Quarto demasiado quente, parecia inacabado. Radiador fazia demasiado barulho e nao funcionava. Televisão tambem nao funcionava num dos quartos. O chuveiro nao estava muito bem limpo.
