Zoetry Curaçao Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

The Zoetry experience was a very good one. There were some issues. For starters they never changed our bedsheets they only made the bed, they never restocked on the drinks in the fridge, and because they would take a while to do the bed I guess they would let mosquitoes in so we just decided to put the do not disturb because we can do our bed in the morning… the food is decent, but I was never approached if I wanted a drink or anything. So you are kinda left to do everything and when I did ask for a drink I would get an eye roll from time to time because the weather was hot and they were in the corner trying to cool down, so because of this we kept going to il Mare in dreams because that’s the only time they would actually come up to us and that’s were the beach was at as well so it made it worth it, if it wasn’t for il Mare and dreams I don’t think It would have been worth it.

We just returned from a week at Zoetry in Curacao and it was a great time! Laid back relaxed environment! While not directly on the beach, you have full access to the Dreams across the street and they will shuttle you back and forth on request. We spent a lot of time at the Il Mare portion of Dreams at the pool right on the water! Great bars and good restaurants. I would rate it below some of the other zoetries we have visited but that is reflected in the price as well. When you go, be sure to say hi to Jason at the lobby bar, and Koko and Victoria at the bar at I’ll Mare!

Excellent service from staff!

Over all the Zoetry property is very beautiful. The ambiance and Zen environment definitely set the mood for more of a couples or solo trip. Maybe even a retreat of some sort. This is a quiet resource so there's not very many activities but you do have a sister property across the way that has access to those things. There's not a huge variety of food at the Zoetry, so if you are a foodie keep that in mind.

Its a hard no go for future trips to that Zoetry. Service at Bloom restaurant was atrocious 1 hour for 2 hard boiled eggs and bacon, and! she forgot what our order was..smh

Zoëtry Curaçao is a charming boutique resort that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food and drinks at the restaurants and bars were excellent, and the friendly staff made us feel truly welcome. Our room was beautiful, and the entire property had an elegant, luxurious feel. The pool was never crowded, making it ideal for unwinding, and the activities we joined were fun little breaks in the day. We also enjoyed the convenience of hopping over to Dreams by golf cart, where we could try additional restaurants, activities, and the beach. Still, we always loved returning to Zoëtry’s calm, garden-like atmosphere—a peaceful retreat that made the experience feel extra special.

I really don't understand the negative reviews, this place is paradise! But, it may not be for everyone, here's why: It's not a party place. It's very quiet and calm and it pretty much shuts down by 9pm. They're more focused on zen and relaxation so if you're looking for a conga line at midnight, this isn't the resort for you. Highlights: The property is beautiful. The pool, landscaping, lobby, rooms--everything is gorgeous. The staff are phenomenal. One day I decided to spend the day hiking and the evening before, Fernando gave me a hearty to go breakfast of sandwiches, pastries, fruit, and juice. It was just what I needed for a hard days' hike. Halfway through the week at 1am, the A/C in the room went out and we were put into another room within 10 minutes. The food is fine. Yes, you'll wait a little while for your food but you're on vacation, what is your hurry? Slow down. Although if you do want great food, you'll have to leave the resort for that. Jason the bartender is super friendly and very knowledgeable and makes great drinks. Make sure you see him at the lobby bar. Golf carts run across the street to Dreams every few minutes, and that's where you'll find the beach. Overall, I would 100% stay at this property again in a heartbeat. It was absolutely perfect!

We have just returned from a 14 day stay at this complex . We got off to a bad start as on arrival Sunday 14th Sept the hotel did not have our reservation despite us providing this to them, so our planned rooms were not available . After two hours we managed to sort this out with TUI the travel operator and the hotel with 3 of us sharing 1 room for the night until Monday whilst they could look into the issue, so at this point we did not know where we were staying for the remainder of the stay . Monday afternoon it was confirmed they had rooms available for the remainder of the stay to our relief . The staff here are excellent very chatty and all polite and helpful , there is a training issue but you get the feel this is an island issue more than the hotel , although most have good memories some don’t despite writing down the orders . You often get a return visit asking what’s been ordered or don’t get it at all or have to wait an extremely long period for service or very quick service with two meals on the table at once . The advertised 5* does not match up with other 5* experiences we have received at other destinations, the Gourmet food is certainly not Gourmet but average . The Bar staff including Dyon keep this place moving along to an acceptable and magnificent high end service with their knowledge and expertise . The housekeeping team always arrived in a timely manner and the rooms were always cleaned to a very good standard . Beds were comfortable and rooms very generous with space , we had 721 , the showers are amazing very spacious , the balcony was huge with an external bath and shower on it , although plenty of ants too - but this is what you get in hot climates so can be expected . The resort appears to get a few groups of party goers celebrating in to the night - we experienced at least 4 groups on separate occasions with partying in the pool until the early hours with the latest 4 am - please be aware if you opt for a pool view room you may experience this . The knock on effect is they the pool area is very often very quite until after lunchtime on the following day but in reality very underutilised throughout due to you being able to use the facilities at Dreams and Il Mare - via golf cart 2 mins journey or 5 mins walking . Dreams has a the beach area with clear blue seas and fish in abundance at knee deep depth -which is amazing . Several restaurants available on this site too so enjoy - mainly the same set menus though on each restaurant other than the world restaurant which opens occasionally which is buffet style . Il Mare has a lovely pool too with great views and is adults only ,with poolside service too . All of the facilities in the 3 Hyatt group complex’s are available to use if staying at Zoetry - the food is very repetitive and get used to the service being very slow often taking up to 1 hour or getting main courses whilst eating your first course . I would say in general a 4* hotel with additional complexes too , lots of mosquitoes so make sure you bring plenty of protection. Weather was truly amazingly as was the island and its capital . If planning to take more than a 7 day holiday please look elsewhere if you don’t want repetitive meals , so if you can manage the wait for food and forgetfulness of the staff at times and partying this could be the place for you , however it won’t be a place we return too which was more food related than anything else . Hyatt hotels certainly haven’t made a lasting impression on our first visit using these so I doubt if we will use them in the future which is very disappointing considering their write up,advertising and ratings . However Curacoa is a very welcoming and safe place to visit.
