Zoetry Curaçao Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

The hotel was quiet which was perfect for our anniversary. Food and service was great. People were so nice. We thankfully brought $1 and $5 bills to tip throughout our trip The $200 for their comp dollars to use at Zoetry was not fair. It was a coupon book of spa and bottle service (i.e.- $40 on first day for any spa service such as a $150 regular massage or a bottle of champagne that was $60 and they gave a $10 coupon).

We verbleven in Zoëtry Curaçao Resort en hoewel het personeel absoluut vriendelijk en behulpzaam is — met een speciale vermelding voor de dame bij de poolbar — viel de totale ervaring tegen voor een accommodatie in deze prijsklasse. Tijdens het ontbijt moesten we bijna een uur wachten op een simpel roerei, terwijl het restaurant verre van vol zat (er waren slechts zo’n 10 tafels bezet). Het buffet was beperkt, met wat vleeswaren, plakjes kaas en een lege schaal met gerookte zalm die niet meer werd bijgevuld, terwijl we rond 9:30 uur arriveerden (het ontbijt loopt tot 11:00 uur). Met wat meer leiding en aansturing had dit duidelijk beter gekund.

We hadden een Junior Suite met uitzicht op het zwembad geboekt voor ruim USD 600 per nacht voor twee personen. De kamers zijn ruim en luxe uitgevoerd, wat zeker een pluspunt is. Helaas voldeed het bed niet. Het matras zakte aan beide kanten volledig door en was bovendien veel te zacht, zonder enige rugondersteuning. Om 3:00 uur ’s nachts ben ik daarom uitgeweken naar de bank, terwijl mijn partner in bed bleef liggen en de volgende ochtend wakker werd met flinke rug- en nekpijn. We hebben dit bij het hotel gemeld, maar het werd slechts voor kennisgeving aangenomen, zonder dat er een oplossing werd geboden. Hoewel de vriendelijkheid van het personeel en de ruime kamers positieve punten zijn, maken het gebrek aan leiding, de teleurstellende ontbijt-ervaring en de slechte kwaliteit van de matrassen dat ons verblijf niet het niveau bood dat je mag verwachten bij deze prijs. Dit resort is daardoor minder geschikt voor gasten die voor een goede nachtrust een ondersteunend matras nodig hebben.

El hotel es muy bobito con un ambiente muy acojedor y tranquilo y una hermosa piscina. La playa esta frente al hotel asi que hay que hay que tomar un trasnsporte muy rápido del mismo hotel que lleva sin problemas

Awesome resort. Staff was amazing. Very peaceful and relaxing resort. The drinks were great and Jason provided awesome bar service. It was a bonus that we were able to take a golf cart over to Dreams, the sister resort to access the beach, pool, restaurants and all amenities. Curaçao’s water is absolutely beautiful!

Loved this property. Very clean. The property was very quiet and tranquil. Although not beachfront you have access to Dreams across the street in which they can take you in a golf cart. Staff was top tier. Queeny was the nicest concierge person I’ve ever meet.she even placed balloons in my room for my birthday which was very sweet. She was Always willing to assist. The bartenders were great as well Latoya,Deion,and Ignu(not sure how to spell his name or if I’m pronouncing it correctly, my apologies, but he was at the Flora bar). I would rebook this hotel anything.

It was very nice. Our room was huge and spacious room service 10 out of 10.

My stay in Curaçao exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They even surprised us by decorating our room for my boyfriend’s birthday and bringing him a dessert. This thoughtful gesture made our trip extra special. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Curaçao!

My stay at the Zoetry was top notch. Room was clean and up to date. Shower was spacious. Only issue with the room was that the volume would cut in and out on the TV, which was only a minor inconvenience. The spa was a great experience, and the massage was wonderful. It was nice having access to the IL Marie and Dreams which really added to the experience of this resort. One recommendation from me would be for the resort to offer wrist bands to guests to quickly identify individuals. This would be beneficial from a security stand point as well as a convenience for guests to enter in and out of the different resorts.
