I loved the location of the resort and the roominess of the condo. I loved the easy access to the beach and parking.

The bright light on the front porch that couldn't be turned off and the room was bright all night long. I had to put a pillow over my face to darken the room. It would have been nice to have had some blackout curtains to help. The room was rather crowded too. I didn't have room to put my luggage because of so much furniture in the room.

"ELEVATOR NOT WORKING! Been broken for months, and the wait times are up to an hour!!"

The location is great. And it's right on the beach. That's about the only good things.

The elevators is broken! There is only ONE working elevator for the entire complex. This unit is on the 18th floor, so taking the stairs is not an option. We waited over an hour to catch the elevator!! And we were told they've been broken for months!! I understand things happen...but to make your guest go MONTHS without properly working elevators, is UNACCEPTABLE!! Especially singe we were not warned about this BEFORE the trip. Having to wait over an hour for an elevator because of the amount of people also waiting, is ABSURD!!! And this was during off-season...don't stay here if you're coming during high-season! It ruined our whole trip. The unit also had TWO broken chairs on the balcony. We sat on one, and it broke (we are average sized people). Furthermore - the second bedroom bed is very small and uncomfortable.
