the elevators were always messed up and the beach access was closed most of the time

Location was good.

The elevator situation was not the best. The couch was very uncomfortable and unfortunately there wasn't anywhere to put the groceries. There is not a Keurig just FYI. The air conditioning wasn't working properly but the gentleman from Vacasa took care of that as quickly as he could. The Vacasa rep at Sterling could use some better customer service skills. Overall not a bad place to stay.

"A much needed break!!"

Loved the location, view, & the comfortable bed! Overall, the condo was very clean, but the mopping could be better. We had everything needed to make for a relaxing break! We would def stay here again!

The condo was very clean overall; however, the floors needed to be mopped better. I actually had to wipe up a red "bloody" spot near toilet upon arrival. I wet paper towel with disinfectant to wipe it up, and the paper towel was dark/dirty. It didnt appear to have been mopped at all, so we wore flip flops inside because of this.
