"Will stay here every time we are in the area!"

We truly enjoyed our stay! I have had slightly more comfortable beds and the style is showing its age a bit, but the place very quiet, clean, well maintained and everything we could have asked for with a great location. The staff was great and very accommodating! Oh, and the view can't be beat!

"Birthday Weekend"

Our unit was very nice with great view of the gulf. The issue we had (not the Gulfview Manors fault) was the smell of dead fish on beach caused by the "red tide" problem. So we spent our time at the pool instead of on the beach. Still a nice weekend. Will come back again.

perfect vacation. Right on the beach. the apartment was perfect and spacious. it was very quiet and relaxing. the other guests were al very nice. the staff was very welcoming.

"Nice area ... don't waste your money on this one!!"

We didn't realize the bedroom would be so small with just a double bed in it. Direct TV and Wifi service was poor. Ants in the living room and very little water pressure. The manager on duty at check out said they would work on all of this ..... REALLY????

The apartment was really nice. Bed very comfortable. Vizio TV in bedroom and living room. They need to update their appliances. Beach view is stunning, beach is huge with lots of room to play football and other outdoor beach games, ride bikes, etc. Negatives are no hot tub, no water pressure in shower, water just kind of dribbles out, internet is very slow, Direct TV offers no free movie channels. Ft. Meyers Beach is a great place to visit if you are only interested in the beach, boating and seafood. Fresh seafood shops are wonderful. Outlet mall is closer to RSW airport about 30 minutes away. Small local shops are close by for souvenirs and beach wear. There is one grocery store, Publix, and it's good. Staff at Gulfview are really nice, very friendly and helpful.
