Gulfview Manor Resort

Great ptoperty.. Definitely safer feeling than north ft myers beach. Great view...great room. Loved having a full kitchen and a seperate bedroom For if onw guest wants to stay up later than the other. I would have just preferred more help from the front desk about the area public transit. ..i researched alot before .....but we picked a week of public transit transition. Winter to summer schedule. I would highly recommend this apt because of location ...view...safety and being able to make meals

We loved the spacious, well equipped apartment. The beds were comfortable with memory foam and the location was excellent, right on the beach.

Gulfview Manor exceeded my expectations: friendly and prompt service, immaculate room, beautiful decor (looked like the pics), side view with balcony was very pretty; even had a smaller but nice view from the bedroom as well (room #43). Quiet area. And the beach is very white and one of the deepest beach areas on the island. Publix is just a mile and a half down the road. Movie theatre right across the street. And Charlie's Boathouse down the road looks frankly like a dive from the outside; however; it is casual yet classy inside, great salad bar & food, friendly service. I've noticed some online complaints about too many rules. I think the owners have reasonable standards that just make things better for everyone. And the staff was always friendly to me. I would gladly stay at Gulfview again.

We just spent a relaxing week at Gulfview Manor. The view was fantastic. The complex is very well managed. We had a 1 bedroom corner apartment on the 5th floor. It was immaculate and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable as was the sofa and seating in the living room. The balcony was screened so we could leave the door open and listen to the waves. The salt water pool was refreshing and always clean. The staff was very friendly and made sure any request was quickly accomodated. We will definitely return!

The setting was lovely. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from our screened in balcony. The place was roomy with what appeared to be new furniture in the living room. No dishwasher, but we didn't need one. We would be happy to return and highly recommend Gulfview Manor.

We enjoyed a great getaway here. It was really clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location right on the beach. Staff were amazing and so accomodating! It was hard to leave and would happily stay here again.

I could not have found anything nicer. Would highly recommend this place!
