When we left!

Lied to about check in time, room was not handicap accessible as was requested and verbally confirmed with staff. No Microwave.

We love the remodel room with two queen beds and updated comforters.

The floors were dirty, but everything else was great

Smelly room, lights in bathroom wouldn't turn off, towel rack brocken off, towels stained, toilet seat could be changed.

The towels were dirty. The sheets were dirty The toilet didn't work. The curtains were very smelly and still the carpet smelt, like cat or dog pee. The toilets was dirty.The sink in the bathroom was dirty.Bear was hair all over the place.It was the worst place I ever encountered
