The service was impeccable.
Parking and check in experience needs work. Street was blocked off and I was told by the desk to park blocks away and get my suitcase from there. Then I had to re park in the residential area 5 plus blocks away.
The outlets were not working. Coffee pot was not working. The sink stopper was not working. The room was very small. The bed was like a waterbed. Although it was a mattress. And there are no dressers in the room so where are you put your clothes your shirts your tops your pants your socks awful. But it is centrally located.
Great stay. Went to show at the Belly Up and the hotel was just steps away. Clean and comfortable. Great value.
Room and facility very nice and great location. Poor lighting in room however, and the parking situation leaves much to be desired. If I had not driven to Aspen this year it would have been fine, but if drive again would stay elsewhere due to this.
The hotel would not refund my money or give me a credit. I was stuck in a snow storm. They showed absolutely no sympathy
