No mini fridge, toilet backed up while I was for no reason at all, had to get another key. Might stop working on the second day, could not get more towels unless I went down to talk to the manager there were three people staying in the room and we only had three towels, remote control for the TV tonight work. I had to go down and get another one. The homeless people hanging out down by the parking lot

No smile, no hello at the check in... room have moist in the bathroom and are humid.

There was no fire detector alarm. a red stain on the floor.

Room smelled very strongly of smoke. What’s the point of a non-smoking room if everything smells strongly of smoke?

We arrived late at night to the hotel and didn’t stay because there were prostitutes and people doing drugs right outside our door. The room was filthy and smelled terrible. There was hair all over the tub and bathroom floor.

It was a disgusting place. We went to the stay with family and we found cockroaches all over the washroom and pathetic smell in the room. We then vacated the room and still waiting for the refund
