The rooms were nice

I reserved 11th and stayed with no problem

My stay was extended till Sunday because I was comfortable the first night. I was moved out of that room and when I came back to spend the night, I was given a different room in a different floor on the north side of the building and it was horrible. It was dirty. The tenants on the sides and above were ridiculously making noises that were unheard of this very loud. I was too tired to even get up and make any problems because I arrive to the hotel pretty late the fact that I was kicked out of the room that I initially got was a bit of concern and when they placed me in a room with a two queen size beds, the room was horrible, but I was too tired to even go look for another room, I did tell the girl in the morning, but she really couldn’t

Beds were fairly comfortable.

Neighborhood and questionable tenants. Did not feel very safe for family.

The front desk was very kind & helpful.

They got a deposit from my credit card. I made sure my room was clean. They have not returned my deposit yet.
