"Booking.com kept directing me back to the property resolve my issue."

I lost my $75 I paid on Booking.com because the property failed to recognize my reservation. I showed the front desk my receipt from Booking.com but they did not have the reservation in their system. I lost the non-refundable $75 for that reservation.
