From check in to check out we were very well looked after. Im quite picky having been a hotel Manager myself. The team here are amazing and thats everyone from the groundsmen to the entertainment team, the lifeguards, cleaners, chefs… everyone! It’s clear they want to give you the best service they can. Food- id no problems at all. All fresh, healthy salads, fruits, breads, fish, meat, cakes, ice cream… the list is endless! Drinks- plenty to choose from. Entertainment/Activities- the staff are fabulous with the kids and clear they put their heart and soul into performing. We were so lucky to be there for Canary holiday too, great food, drinks and entertainment around the pool that day. Also the first to see the New Fantasy show- we loved it as much as our little boy. Pools- Lovely and clean too. No rush for sun-beds just go down and they open the rope at 08:30. Room- very clean, really comfy beds, cleaned daily and fresh towels. Kettle but take your own or grab some teabags from the 24 hour lobby bar. Fridge in room and Supermarket on site so no need to go without. Designated smoking areas for smokers which i thought fair (and i am a smoker)! I think for price we paid we were spoilt and most certainly will return. I would next time request a higher floor as ive a cat allergy so never left the balcony door open nor sat on it just incase, the couple of cats we did see didn’t come over to us they looked to be happy just laying in the sun! Overall very happy with our stay. Thank you to all, your hard work and dedication certainly didn’t go unnoticed.

Family holiday staying half board … This hotel did not disappoint… very spacious pool/garden view room, loads of storage and really comfy beds. Modern and spotless clean. Two pools and garden areas are lovely. Plenty of shady spots if needed. All the staff were welcoming and friendly… the entertainment team did great daily activities and evening shows. Beach, sand dunes, shops, bars and restaurants all close by, with a free shuttle bus if needed. Definitely would recommend this hotel 🙂

I’ll break it down into parts so it’s easier: 1. Too strict. Life guards do not allow inflatables in the pools (except from the baby pool) despite being a ‘family-favourite hotel’ - Additionally, why sell said inflatables in the shop which is actually inside the hotel if they cannot be used. I’d understand if it was an adult only (18+) holiday but it is NOT. 3. Staff barely speak English which obvs therefore makes it difficult to communicate, additionally most entertainment is in Spanish, which is therefore, to most, isn’t understood which makes it difficult for children to become involved. 4. The rooms are much smaller than appears on the online. 5. The balcony area isn’t great. You cannot see the views as the balcony is just purely blocked. 6. When walking to our room after check-in, it felt, and looked like a prison. 7. Although the rooms are clean and tidy, the overall hotel ruins that. 8. Whilst the rooms are clean, we were cold. We tried to alter/turn down or turn off the aircon though it didn’t work. As such, we used the rooms phone to call (9) reception. The lady on reception couldn’t hear a single word, and even said, “I cannot hear you, it may be best to come to reception”. What? Why should I have to come down 6 floors to tell you my room (with 2 small children) is too cold when you provide a room phone? Honestly; the overall experience hasn’t been great. 9. Although most staff are polite, some are uncaring to the language barrier, and also seem unfazed that it’s quite obvious you cannot understand them. Finally - overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a British Family. Whilst we can all appreciate being in a different country, the lack of spoken English is somewhat concerning considering most English people travel to the Canary Islands. Avoid if you’re a young family.
