Good but took a bit of looking for everything. A simple guide in bedrooms would help

Busy and noisy at peak times

From the morning till de evening Paula and Carolina are entertaining us with de best music and lots of games.. We enjoyd so much with them .. You have to see them.. Really the best entertainment..

I had a wonderful stay at Vila Galé Cerro Alagoa. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming. A special thank you to Paula Araújo for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. She made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Decent hotel, nice staff

But over priced for what it is

All well but due to a family situation we had to leave after 3 nights. Otherwise enjoyed staying at Vila Gale. Everything was good.

Pues casi nada. Una de las habitaciones el colchón estaba humedo, cuando reclamamos el precio de habitación individual, de malas maneras nos contestan que es culpa de Booking, huele mal y está viejo, viejo.

C uando reclamamos el precio de habitación individual, de malas formas nos contestan que la culpa es de Booking, lo cual es cierto, pero fue la forma del personal. Está viejo, el inodoro estaba caído hacia un lado, poco surtido de detalles de higiene, y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Vamos no volvería nunca, le sobran 2 estrellas, ah otra cosa en el comedor cuando fui al desayuno, el kiwi no estaba con la fruta, estaba en la mesa de batidos y no nos han dejado cogerlo porque era para hacer los batidos,, desagradable todo el personal, escepto la chiquita que nos ha hecho el checkin.

Recently returned from a week half board at this hotel. A group of 4 women who were really looking forward to a lovely 4* hotel . However this wasn't what we found. For some reason a part of my bathroom sink wasn't cleaned the whole week I was there. Breakfast was adequate but when it came to evening meal this wasn't so. Both the chicken and beef tasted like rubber and wasn't edible and everything was overcooked. As for the desserts well, a choice of 3 and more or less the same every night. It got to the stage that we just ate out and found a few fab restaurants. As for entertainment well say no more - this happened in the bar area and was taken over by all the golfers staying at the hotel. We were not aware that this was a golfers hotel. There was nowhere else to sit of an evening so we would go and sit in one anothers room. On arriving back at my room the evening before airport collection I had an invite to go to a meeting to discuss my views - too late . This was for 6 - 6.30pm and didn't get back from a day out until 7.30pm. Overall I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
