Perfect place to stay for a ski vacation. Prefect, and very nice for the price!

Very cute, clean and comfortable. No veiw.but we enjoyed the time we spent there!

Great value for the money. Indoor garage parking as part of the package. 50 yards from the slope. Very clean, very comfortable.

Stayed 2 nights and both nights fire alarm went off falsely. Each place is owned individually, 1st room we went to and it was slope side but yet we opened the curtains and all we could see was a big tree in front of it. Then the bed was a Murphy bed and was hard as a rock! Requested another room and they gave us one. Bed was a little better but not great. We were told there was a hot tub on the roof and there was not just outside the building but it was nice. It is close to the slopes which is great. But I don't think I would stay again because of the hassles in the rooms and being woken up two nights in a row with the fire alarm

Quiet location, close to the lift and bus stop to the village

The room was extremely small with a very uncomfortable bed, couch, and futon. No one got any sleep any of the four nights we were there. I wouldn't recommend the mountain stay to anyone. Stay in Denver where you will not only get some sleep.

The name and address listed on the hotels.com site refer to the conglomerate of condo resorts in the area and the common check-in location for all of them rather than a specific hotel. We were looking for a hotel at that address, so we were confused to start with. Then the building at the specified address was under construction, so we didn't stop there, just kept looking. Finally we saw a very detailed sign near the construction site that was very helpful but not readable unless you drive right up to it. The condo, once we finally got there, was very nice. However, since the reservation that you make does not specify a particular resort, the quality of our accommodations is no indicator of the quality of the accommodations you might be assigned.

Stayed in Keystone 1 night August 1, 2014. Pleasantly surprised by this room. Location was great, at the bottom of the ski run. Furnishings were very nice.

The room was newly remodeled, but the hallway and elevator were in horrible shape. The carpet in the hallway was ratted and torn, the rugs were damaged and stained. The room had a dorm room smell and the shower stall appeared to be dirty. The grout was dirty and the tub was stained. There was next to no water pressure in the shower and the fan sounded like it was going to explode at any moment. The description of the room said queen sized bed, not queen sized murphy bed. The closet it came out of made us feel like we were sleeping in a box because the doors didn't fold and retract. The mattress was hard and the sheets smelled stale. We had to put cushions from the couch between the mattress and headboard because there was a horrible gap between the two. The sheets for the hide-a-bed smelled like rancid oil. The room was horribly hot because there was no A/C. We turned on the fan and opened the window and still there was no relief. Could not tell if/where there was ice and we couldn't immediately find an ice bucket anyway.

The stay was underwhelming. Check-in went smoothly. The hotel was tricky to find. The room was clean, yet modest. After a long day of activities, we were looking forward to a comfortable night's rest. We pulled down the bed and when we plopped onto it, there was a thud! The bed was like a board. My girlfriend had to move to the couch in the middle of the night because her back was hurting from the hard bed. I toughed it out but woke up very tired from the tossing and turning of not being able to get comfortable.
