Good location. Near central sligo. Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast selection

Beds seem very high. Upstairs near lift seems very hot in general communal area. Can't open windows far enough to let in more air which is hard when rooms have no air conditioning.

Arrived Sat 20th with two friends, had recieved and email at 2pm to say our room was ready and we had checked in online. I had upgraded to a 2 bed suite as a suprise however on arrival to the room I had to call reception to open the interconnecting door to second bedroom....not a big deal however its the attention to detail that makes one hotel better than the next. No water in the room, no fridge, kettle but no coffee machine(I have stayed in other 4 star hotels that had all these in room) rooms while spacious were very warm. We were on the first floor with a view of the mountain and what looked like air conditioning units(could be wrong). Great helpful staff and lovely food. Left the room at 12 midday yesterday and returned to at 5 and room had not been replenished with coffee/tea etc... Bus outside hotel that goes by train/bus station and also brought us to Strand Hill.

No fried eggs for breakfast!

Good location, car parking available. Meals similar to the other hotels we visited- no issues. Staff helpful and pleasant.

Room service was always late in the day and we had to ask for new towels and tea/coffee replacements.
