"Good but some shortcomings."

Spa good. Staff helpful and cheery

Breakfast chaotic! Food shortages, not enough staff to cope with number of people. Most unusual way of ordering eggs. Find somebody to order what you wanted then wait. No table numbers so staff had to go on a goose chase to try and find person who ordered from a busy room. Delivered individually on a side plate, most unusual way of serving breakfast.

"Would stay again just forget food"

Hotel was great, plenty of free parking . Club room was really big and great AC which you could adjust ! . Nice free toiletries , water and coffee machine . Only let down was breakfast, not enough staff so had to keep waiting for food , even to be seated , I sat both days on tables that haven’t been cleared as only ones available. Would stay again as leisure facilities were good just would bother with breakfast.

Breakfast as above and bar was very slow … asked for Rose wine given white !
