"Great hotel!"

We were a large party of 16 people, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Facilities were excellent. We’re a sports team that travels the country a lot, and we’ve used village many times, because it just beats the rest!

Great hotel at a very reasonable rate. Room was excellent, big tv, comfy bed, modern fixtures and fitting with a nice colourful feature wall which was repeated in the bathroom

"Disappointing Stay"

We regularly stay in Village Hotels and this one was no where near the normal standards we experience. The room was dusty and the decor was in need of modernisation. The pool and changing rooms were dirty, the pool water was cold. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and resulted in poor sleep for 2 nights. The breakfast was fine.

"Amazing - thank you!"

We recently held a wake at Village Hotel with 70 guests attending. The service from start to finish was exceptional. At a very difficult and emotional time the hotel made everything very easy for us and we were able to have a lovely afternoon celebrating the life of our grandad. The food came out hot, tasted delicious and replenished regularly. The staff were attentive and extremely polite. Special mention to Jayne who went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly, even accommodating very last minute requests. She was also on hand for anything we needed on the day. I would highly recommend Village for any event. Thank you so much again.
