Room not clean, staff , very bad, security the worse in the world. Dirty area, that day I move to other hotel because I couldn't stay there. Any thing is good in that hotel. You should stop promoting that thing

Horrible. Es un engaño las fotos que promocionan y nada mas lejos de la realidad. La piscina no estaba disponible y la que habia estaba sucia. Reserve una habitación que en nada fue lo que me entregaron. La mayoría del personal groceso y mal educado. Mis peores vacaciones en la RD, que es mi lugar preferido. Decepcionante.
the hotel used to be very nice and clean and everything was in place, now it seems to be abandoned, concerning the restaurant,it was very good and the workers very friendly and their service was good. the hotel needs to be restored and in better condition as it was before couples of years back.

Everything was great
Seemed ro be an aging property. Food so so. Some staff were friendly. Most not. Strict policies on towels, wrist bands, lost key cards.
No water, clogged bathtub. When water finally arrived the tub was clogged. Rusted fixtures. Missing bed sheets. Worst hotel ever. Very disappointed.
