The most horrible hotel I've ever been in my life, everything is bad, efficient air conditioners, clogged shower, clogged sinks, totally neglected common areas, horrible reception, food from regular to bad and when I left the hotel they did not they didn't give me my money back saying that they are their policies
Very old property. The friendliness of the staff makes up for the age of the property. The outside is great the pools and beach. Food was great. Enjoyed the overall environment.
It was not a good experience. We were change to 4 rooms looking for a working AC. When we finally got to one it was not clean. There was not hit water apparently in the whole property. The food was not good....we had to leave next morning.

This used to be my go to place. I would say I have been to Hamaca a total of six times. So convenient because it is so close to airport and to the city where my family lives. I was shocked and disappointed. It is nowhere near what it used to be. No nightclub, service at the buffet was terrible, and food is not what it used to be. The rooms are basic and look old and grungy. They charge you for everything! ROOM SAFE, TOWELS, if you misplace your room key, you name it, they will charge you for it!! There are people CONSTANTLY HARRASSING YOU to buy something or to get an excursion even though you already told them 10 times that you were not interested. I don't think I will EVER go back.
place look very old ,shower tub old,toilet not flushing well,barely get warm water
The door of the room was not working and they took a whole day to fix it
Very dated room. Removal shower head did not stay up and was aimed at the wall. Staff was very nice and went out of way.
place is well situated but baddly maintain,shoswers looks bad,almsot no hot have,toilet would not flush and 3 different rooms i was in,plce need to be completely remodeled
