NONE OF THE ROOM DIDNT HAVE TVS SINCE I CHECK IN I WAS REQUESTING A WORKING TV GPT ONE A NIGHT BEFORE FROM CHECK OUT
Everything was very good, the food was very good and everything, but the room was a disaster, there was no hot water or anything and I reported it more than 5 times and they never solved it.
El hotel está en excelente lugar ubicado, el servicio y sus trabajadores muy amables y profesionales PERO se debe dar un mantenimiento completo a las habitaciones todo viejo y descuidado
The property was old and in bad conditions. Fridege with mold, furniture broken. The decoration was terrible. The guy who work there and attended us Elis was a lier and scam us with a "romantic breakfast" wich was not romantic brekfast at all. A seller was sitted on our "romantic breakfast" for an hour trying to sell us a thing for traveling and hotel stays. This was a nightmare eperience.

The stay was great food was great and great customer services this was my 2nd stay here there wasn’t any hot water in my room the 2nd trip but the heat outside made it ok to take a cool shower.
Theres was no hot water, have to take a cold shower, no sodas or beer like before. This place is not like how it used to be. Not planning coming againg, will look for some other hotel.
The property is given high qualifications but the quality of this property is very poorly maintained. We were without hot water for 2 days. no soap, nor towels. the complaints were given at the reception area but were ignored. We witnessed other guests complaining of similar issues. it is very frustrating to go to a place were the service and maintenance are of poor quality. Not a place i would recommend to anyone.
