As a business man travelling, we don't even have wifi in our room, the only you can have wifi is the lobby and sometimes it's s clouded you can hardly find chair to sit and do some work. staff takes forever to get something, no room service, gymn is extremely dirty.

The resort is in need of a remodel. But everyone is friendly and the guest service associate who attend me was extremely professional and friendly. Gave me a great room (upgrade) which was great compare to the garden room I stayed in the past. Do not stay on the garden rooms…out of daten!! Asks for rooms in front of the pool— nad the suites are great

It was horrible from the cleanliness, no hot water, run down conditions. I this resort sas any where else it would be condemned. Every person I talked to at the resort said the sams thing. Hotels.com should tske it of there web site.
Check in was hard no phone in room was busted no TV was busted ask for it to be repaired lousy service other than that everything else was solid buffet was very good snack bar excellent bar was great n snack n bar staff was excellent try to get money from ATM was out of service resort need some attention but would go again
