The place smells horrible and everything is in bad condition, very disgusting!
I didn't like anything. I stay here 8 years ago and the difference was night and day. The food was terrible the room was outdated
The room was outdated. The lamp had no cover, the view from my window to the garden had broken branches and trees on the ground. The food was not good and the customer service from all staff was not welcoming, friendly or helpful

My room did not have the basic needs, such as refrigerator, control remote and telephone (to at least call guest services). The guest services is awful as the first night, I waited for over an hour to be able to speak with someone personally, but no one came. When I finally spoke to someone they said this would be resolved within an hour and it never happened. This was indeed my last visit to this estsblishment, do not recommend this stay to not even my worst enemy.
The property is okay but they need to do more with there rooms there too plain.
To start, the pictures are from at least 10 years ago. The hotel looks that it hasn’t been maintained in years. I had to change room because the a/c wasn’t working and the room was really dirty. The second room I got was a little cleaner but was not very clean. The staff saw that I was with a stroller and a baby and they gave me a room in the second floor knowing that there is no elevator and that they had rooms in the ground floor(the second room I got). If you don’t pay the all inclusive there is no way to pay for anything, you must look for food elsewhere.

The property is in need of a makeover soon. Rooms are in disrepair and tired. Amenities in room are poor. Do you have to bring your own soap_ Staff shows the condition of the property by their indiference and discontent
