Veldig bråkete hele dagen, sikkert perfekt for bråkete barn og slække foreldre! Kald mat, men mye utvalg til alle måltider, men mye av den samme type mat hver dag! renhold, service og personal var veldig bra!

Bar service was brilliant

Other guests being rude to the staff around. I’ve seen a few awkward situations where hotel employees were being treated badly by other guests. I don’t find it acceptable as there are lots of kids around and I believe security should be more severe around the premises.

Property was quite tired in places and not brilliantly laid out with accommodation across three towers and maybe 15 floors. Only four bedrooms per floor so you spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for lifts which are slow and very wobbly. We got stuck in one on one day but staff came relatively quickly to get us out. There’s lots on with some form of entertainment every couple of hours. Drinks are very generously poured. Food was ok. Very repetitive but fine. A few places to walk out to from the hotel and beach is less than 10 minute walk. Great value for families. I joined friends there for a few days and was expensive on your own.

The Hotel was amazing for the kids there was so much to do and food and drink on offer constantly.

The lifts were constantly getting stuck, two children were in there for quite sometime before 2 maintenance came to get them out then my husband got stuck in the lift then another family too. it was quite scary as we were on the 22nd floor and had to get the lift. This was back in June so I hope they have fixed this problem now. If the lifts were in working order I would return to this hotel even though it is quite dated and needs a refurbishment.

There was no vegan food. Meat and fish in every salad even. Difficult even for vegetarians with some basic meals and no salad options due to the above
