I liked the property overall, great pools, access to the beach and food option. Golf cart mobility availability. Food was good, breakfast buffet was a good mix of Mexican and American basics. Overall clean as well except for a towel I found with stuck on hairs. Accessibility was a bit tricky when we had the stroller for our baby. I requested a crib prior to our arrival and there was no crib. Our baby was tired and we wanted to put him to bed as soon as possible and had to wait a while until we requested a crib multiple times through multiple methods. Our room phone didn’t seem to work all that great, it was a bit wonky.

The food was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Located on the beach, we saw whales and dolphins every day.

People put towels on lounge chairs to selfishly save them for when they were ready to use them, usually all day!

The food was the worse

What a magic place! We saw whales several times during breakfast or while enjoying the pool in the late afternoon. All the staff are extremely helpful and you feel very welcome the whole time. Special thanks to the concierge team who prepared a surprise for my daughter's birthday with great care - they provided chocolate covered strawberries for our arrival and a chocolate cake for her birthday, in addition to having reserved a rooftop in Cabo for us. We woke up every day hearing the birds singing. The hotel is beautiful and the landscaping is impeccable. We will definitely come back again. The breakfast is impeccable. The only room for improvement we found was at the taco restaurant - I thought the flavor and the experience itself left something to be desired, and I would also like to have more options on the menu, but nothing that compromised our overall experience.

I was surprised by how clean the beach was. All the food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location was beautiful. Beautiful beach front, pools, property. Well maintained and amazing views. We saw whales every single day just 300 yards from the property. Amazing! We had access to the spa through our Bonvoy gold status. That was also so nice and relaxing - cold plunge, 2 hot tubs, sauna. Daniel was an incredible attendant. Guadalupe on the beach was also wonderful. A $10 tip goes a long way. Pitahayas was our favorite meal. Tahona had great tacos. We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with an oceanfront balcony. It was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable.

They have a "no saved chairs" policy that they very inconsistently enforce. So SOME ppl can save chairs, but then others just have their belongings removed. There were multiple ppl angry with the inconsistency. It's not ok. The dinner at De Cortez was mediocre at best and very expensive. Tomates was just ok. Gluten free food was a challenge. We were extremely careful so my celiac son didn't get too sick. But they aren't knowledgeable at all the restaurants and we got mixed messages depending on who we asked. They could very easily always have a GF taco option if they choose to. Sirensas did not have GF options except fruit and salad. Tahona was mostly safe if we were clear about celiac.

We were in the hotel side in a King bedroom with oceanfront views. View was great! Room was clean and basic. Property was beautiful!

The grounds were well maintained and the resort stunning. Views are amazing. You can see whales at any point in the day. The service was my major complaint. The meal service took at least 2 hours for simple meals like burgers and fries/fish and chips. Front desk staff wasn't super knowledgeable and had to ask their manager questions often resulting in longer than expected wait times. While the grounds were cleanly, housekeeping was not great- missed our room multiple days and didn't do a thorough job when they did clean.

Terrible guest service in all Food & Beverage outlets, takes forever to be served, hostesses are on their personal cell phones once you arrive to check in they do not even look up to greet the guests. All restaurants are very expensive, the service and quality of food does not match the pricing. Hotel rooms are super outdated, hotel rooms are NOT cleaned on a daily basis. Very bad experience all around, I do not recommend this resort.
