They say they don’t have a meal plan but they do and will try to swindle you with a timeshare! Our bill with the meal plan was ridiculous! They up charged us over 1500 over the meal plan which should have been included!

"Relaxing Beach Get Away."

Clean, interesting landscaping and design elements throughout. (Mosaic,Tiles, tree with glass hearts…). Spa was nice and also very unique and relaxing. Great views.

Never enough chairs at pool. Ever. Staff, kinda helped, but too many old people were saving seats that they never used. Restaurant service was terribly slow. So glad that we did not do the all inclusive package. Food was pretty ok, but usually someone in group had freezing cold food, because.., well, kitchen timing was non-existent.

The grounds are beautiful! The room was comfortable and spacious. The views from the main pools are unmatched! Staff are friendly. The service at the pool was slow. It seemed they were understaffed. Drink prices were really expensive for Mexico, like $20 cocktails. Service at the restaurant, Pitahayas, was terrible. The food was great, but it got cold while I waited for salt and pepper. The service at the other restaurants was much better. I would stay here again, and definitely do the all inclusive option.

This was the place to be, fabulous views of the ocean, pools, beach, hot tubs, comfy chairs and good food while relaxing on the decks. The room was so nice, we loved this resort. Will definitely come back.
