Invisa Hotel Ereso All Inclusive

Absolutely can not fault this place! All the staff are amazing, & can't do enough for you. The hotel & pool area is kept so clean & is very well organized. No sun bed wars, as always available. Great entertainment day & night. The restaurant is very well managed, great variety of food, never had to queue, & always led to a free table. House keeping is exceptional, & the room/bed is very comfortable. For a 3 star hotel, it's punching well above its weight. My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our 10 nights stay here, & seriously contemplating a return visit next year, as it was that good.

Quick check in by friendly efficient reception staff.The bar staff are very friendly and hardworking too always service with a smile.The chefs in the restaurant were so helpful knowledgeable and kind in showing me gluten free food as I’m coeliac.I visit Ibiza several times a year and this is my first time at this hotel and the first time I’ve never been glutened on holiday .I was able to enjoy every meal like everyone else thanks to the chefs ..The hotel would have been perfect except for one thing on the last day I asked reception staff could I have a sandwich or pizza made for later as we’d just had lunch and were checking out at 6 .30 and the restaurant wouldn’t be open.We paid 60e to keep our room on from 12 until 6 and it had a fridge to store the sandwich.The young lady said no so I explained I wouldn’t have anything to eat from after lunch until the following morning as gluten free needs to be pre ordered on the plane and comes with a cross contamination warning because of the size of the food area .She spoke to her colleague who also said no they couldn’t do anything and it was such a shame because the reason I wanted the hotel restaurant to do the food was because I have complete trust that it would definitely be gluten free as they’d been so amazing all week.I did understand the ladies saying they don’t do picnics anymore but a sandwich or pizza (I don’t mind it cold) would have meant i wouldn’t have had to go without from after lunch until the early hours.I didn’t let it spoil the holiday though and I would go back for a second visit probably this year as we had a great holiday in a lovely hotel

An absolute Joy - Food amazing, Huge Choice, Nice Room, 2 big pools you can walk straight into, close to Taxis, Buses and Bars for live music - And in Manuel in The dining hall the coolest Man i have seen !!

Good traditional hotel perfect for a family break especially if you are taking small children. Great location, very clean and tidy, food plentiful with a wide choice at each meal to meet all tastes. Staff very helpful and polite. 2 pools one quieter and more adult focused, childrens play pool which was very safe. Cooler grassed area with shade too

Just come back from the ereso hotel had a great week on arrival we had a lovely welcome from the reception staff went to Howard room with a pool view room very basic but very clean diaponted with the tv only a few English canals went to the restaurant fabulous staff very friendly food great something for everybody outside bar great again very friendly depending were you sit it can be a pain waking back and fore entatainment great for all ages entatainment team work really hard entatainment in the evening great indoor bar again great welcome this hotel is for all ages second year for us and we have booked for next year already we would like to thank all the staff for making hower holiday that little bit more special see you next year ereso Alfred

Booked 2 weeks before travelling to 3* accommodation and had open mind on how good it would be. I should not have worried. Easy check in and given room 306 which was superior room. It was fine lovely bathroom and walk in shower. Plenty of storage room. Ben comfortable and great air con. When attending the bar was advises cup was a euro each and refunded attending of stay..Great idea as I saw no cups lying around. People receive fresh cup every drink. Food was excellent with lots of variety. Pool areas and bar spotless. Staff work very hard as do animation team to entertain everyone. All in all a great holiday we really enjoyed it. Couple of improvements would be to stack fridges with water. And the spirits were not very good so maybe add some branded ones..but that is just minor details. Wood recommended this hotel in a fabulous resort...Well done everyone at the Ereso hotel

Overall a very good 4 out of 5 overall. Lovely clean fresh hotel with all staff friendly and helpful. I had made contact prior to visit to ask for a room close to lifts or stairs due to my husband being registered blind, they were very accommodating and on arrival gave us an upgraded room right outside the lift area, very much appreciated. Room was fresh with large balcony, tv, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities- only negative was tea/coffee was not replenished but we did take tea bags and sugar from restaurant so no harm done. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Beds were comfortable and having air conditioning really helped in the heat to let us sleep peacefully. Dining experience was a 5 out of 5, fresh juices, tea/coffee, beer and wine on tap, lots of food choice and as a fussy eater never had a time when something wasn't available- really liked the area for diabetic needs, their area had nicer jam for morning toast lol. Pool area was spotless, lots of sunbeds (even if a few were a bit saggy) and no 8am running to bag one, but there was a few who did rush each morning to get their preferred spot. Entertainment team was great got all involved but never pushy and left you alone if you preferred. Only downside was the night entertainment programme, get all acts not for everyone, but most were finished by 10.15pm and the music went off straight afterwards leaving you sitting in quiet till bar closed at 12pm, be nice to have a wee bit of background music till at least 11.30pm. Can see why so many return again and again, Es Cana is absolutely beautiful with lots of places easily visited by bus or water taxi. Final mention for the foam party, took me back in time to my partying days, brilliant.

Great hotel as usual large choice of food at all the meals. Room clean and serviced daily. I've stayed here several times now. My only complaint small that it is, the music played in the pool area during the day is too loud. Need to look at the average age of the clientele it's not an 18/30 hotel

Honest review. Fly with TUI absolutely fantastic service was treated like a queen they said happy birthday to me and gave me a card and a glass of fizz onboard. All the staff at Newcastle airport special assistance were absolutely first Class so thankyou. Special assistance taxi was a Mercedes beautiful mini bus with a lovely driver. Arrived check in was really quick, room was a standard twin room, but had disabled bathroom for me which was brilliant soaps shampoo and conditioner included. View from our room 115 was fabulous overlooking the pool first floor. Room was fine nothing fancy but extremely clean all the time. Food at this hotel is the best I've ever had, honestly I couldn't fault it one bit, breakfast full English, cereals, yogurts, fruit, croissants etc every day, juices, tea coffee chocolate etc. Lunch food beautiful as was dinner time food couldn't fault it Especially like the two cups for 1 euro It kept the whole place so tidy as there wasn't any cups left anywhere. So much better. We won't talk about the puddings omg to die for honestly. Entertainment was good and varied and the team worked really hard. As did all the staff at the hotel couldn't fault any of them, they all did a fantastic job. We met some lovely families from Wolverhampton, Manchester , Wales and other places. Everyone we came across was friendly. We are returning for two weeks in October can't wait to come back. Just one niggle for us the mattress was too firm 😞. But that's the only niggle.

Just returned from an amazing holiday at the invisa hotel ereso for the second time , the staff , the facilities are all so excellent, this hotel, in my opinion is so much better than a 3 star that it is advertised....the food is top quality for an all inclusive, so much choice and not repetitive like most all inclusive hotels......thank you to all the staff for looking after myself and Helen....see you all again soon x
