Invisa Hotel Ereso All Inclusive

Excellent short stay! Stayed 3 nights early July and had a lovely time. Hotel is a solid older building and is very clean. Restaurant was great, food was of a very high standard with lots of choice, and every single staff member was very friendly. An excellent hotel in a great location within the resort.

Myself and my husband just returned from a week at this hotel and we really enjoyed ourselves. Check in was smooth and we were pleased with our room - it was clean and also quiet as we weren’t overlooking it be pool or roads We found the food good and varied each day. Some things were a bit hit and miss but we always found something we liked and certainly were never hungry. We did go out to eat one evening for a change of scenery which was nice. The drinks are good and all of the staff work so hard. We can’t really comment on the entertainment but what we saw wasn’t our cup of tea (however I do commend the enthusiasm and work ethic of the animation team as they really do their best!) Most of our evenings were spent in Es Canar among the bars, we especially enjoyed Charlie’s bar which is only a 5 minute walk away for live music and some cheesy tribute acts. We also found another bar (I forget the name but it was very close to Charlie’s) which did 4 large glasses of Sangria for €6 during their happy hour which was a bargain. Overall we did enjoy our week, but would say this hotel does feel like a 3*. Also we didn’t feel like it was best suited for a couple in their 30s as it’s mostly geared towards families and older people.

We have just arrived back from a lovely week at the Hotel Ereso. All the staff are lovely and friendly and more than happy to help, There was always plenty of food at meal times and always hot, the restaurant got busy at times, but the staff worked fast to ensure that empty tables were cleaned down for more hotel guests. Our family room was exactly what we book, and our second room was upgraded by the hotel on our arrival, the rooms were both lovely and thoroughly cleaned every day by Lailia Amazing service at the hotel Pool bar, plenty of drinks that we like on the all inclusive, a good choice of ice creams on all inclusive, my grandkids loved the hot dogs on snacks from 3-6.30pm. Lastly the animation team were amazing, they worked so hard and got as many people as they could involved in activities, our favorite night time entertainment was the white party and men v girls night. We will definitely be visiting here again

Can’t fault this hotel at all. Food varied and always excellent, Ideally situated for shops, beach, public transport, ferry. Evening entertainment very good, tribute acts etc, very clean. Plenty of sunbeds. Would i go again? Yes without a doubt

Our 3rd visit to this hotel and my husband’s happy place. Can’t fault the cleanliness of the hotel and all staff are so attentive. Special shout out to my friend Rafa- more ice please lol. 😜 Also the lifeguard - nothing was too much for this guy who all day helped people to be comfortable whilst sitting around the pool. Animation team work so hard too alongside the cleaners and restaurant staff. No doubt we will back next year Thanks Ereso for another great stay ☺️

We have just returned from another wonderful stay at this amazing hotel. All the staff work tirelessly to ensure that your time there is perfect. I really don't know how the outdoor staff coped this week working in the soaring temperatures....all said that Ibiza is gripped in a heatwave and having temperatures way higher than usual...but none complained. Thank you Pepe and your team for your fantastic bar service....always with a chat and a smile. A special mention and thank you so our lovely cleaner Loli ...what a credit to your hotel she is. The food was delicious....it just keeps getting better and better. There is always so much choice.....and is always replenished regularly and lovely and hot. Boogie Nights were brilliant as was the show done by the entertainments team ...this was so polished...brilliant!! Can't wait to see you all again!! A massive thank you to all who work there.

What an amazing hotel. I had such a lovely time. This hotel is located in a really handy spot at the top of the street down to the beach and sea/harbor area. When I walked into my room and saw my view from my balcony I was amazed. It was a panoramic view of the whole bay, sea view and street view. I really enjoyed being on my balcony and watching the view and the people in the street below. Meals were amazing. Such a huge choice for all 3 meal times. There was something for everyone. I like to be a bit adventurous and then there were things for picky eaters and for really adventurous. Everything ran like clockwork and everywhere was clean. The entertainment that was on all day was great for people who wanted to join in. I particularly enjoyed the foam party on Sunday. There was entertainment on every evening and the bar outside was right there with ice creams and drinks for the all inclusive. Inside were several seating areas and they were popular and people would gather there to play cards or games or watch sports. I hired a mobility scooter for the week and I was able to leave it in the lounge area to charge and the building has a ramp that the scooter could drive up. All in all I had a wonderful week. I could not fault the hotel and the staff. I had an amazing cleaner called Yani who was so lovely. All the staff were very friendly.

Great week again at Hotel Ereso. Lovely and clean, hard working staff, enough food choices for all and the drinks are ok. Would have given 5 stars if not for room allocation. Paid for a sea view, got a sea view. However the shape of the hotel meant an adjoining balcony could see straight into our room. Meant we had to keep our curtain closed all week otherwise they could see us changing, getting dressed, even in bed. So not happy with that. Otherwise a nice stay.

I'm writing an honest, non embellished review, in the hope that it prevents someone else falling into the same trap as us. This is a lovely 3* hotel. It is nothing more. Prior to booking, we read multiple reviews which suggest that the hotel warrants being a 4 or 5* hotel - particularly in relation to the food. I can settle this outright, but confirming that this is good standard, clean 3* hotel, with modest 3* food. Unfortunately, the dining room experience is claustrophobic - and I mean, you can literally hear the person next to you chewing. At times, you can't even walk between the tables, as they are so close. We chose to eat out 50% of the time, which was disappointing as we'd paid all inclusive! Afternoon snacks are very poor - cheese and ham toasties that aren't even warm. Rooms are basic, but clean, and air conditioning is super. The pool is warm, but unfortunately there is a manky green scum around the edge, which I feel could be easily cleaned. Staff are faultless - pleasant, accommodating and beyond helpful - in fact, as good as anywhere I have stayed prior. Entertainment is excellent, and the team put a lot of time and effort in the day to ensure the productions in the evening are on point! Overall, we made the best of out stay - but had the reviews been accurate, we wouldn't have booked. If you book, simply expect the 3* that you pay for, and you will have a great time.

Best all inclusive hotel we have stayed at , ok some bits require updating as times change , Spotles and clean, amazing food ,staff at all levels fantastic, Lots of people we met have enjoyed this hotel for many years , Definatly back next june ,
