"Last minute break, exceeded expectations!"

10.0

We have just returned from a weeks’ stay at the Hotel Ereso, having only booked a week before we arrived and not doing any research before booking, we were really pleased with our stay and found the hotel to be excellent value for money. We had booked two rooms, however had not realised on booking through Tui that we had been allocated one superior room and one standard pool view room. The reception staff were very helpful in changing in our room allocation, we had to wait until the morning after our arrival but were then allocated a superior room next to the room our daughters were staying in. Having experienced both standard and superior, we found both were perfectly adequate but did prefer the modern feel of the superior room, the updated bathroom and use of a kettle were also appreciated. The rooms were cleaned daily, with clean bedding and towels changed. I know other reviewers have mentioned this and I have to agree that the quality of the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. We did not have one bad meal whilst there! The restaurant staff were lovely, all very friendly and welcoming as was the host Manuel who always greeted us with a smile. The snack bar was also an added bonus if you didn’t want to go inside to eat. The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss, some nights finishing up by 10:15pm, although the all inclusive bar did stay open until midnight. However as soon as the show was over the bar staff would start putting away tables and chairs so you did feel as if you were being rushed off. The daytime entertainment was great though and the team work hard, particularly Toni ho we all loved, especially his aqua dance & gym! Toni is a complete asset to this hotel. Location wise the hotel is perfect, plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within waking distance and a short stroll to the beach. All in all, we had a great week and would definitely return to the Ereso!

"The perfect family holiday"

10.0

I visited the Ereso with my boyfriend, 8 month old baby girl, and my mum and dad. We all had the most amazing time! On arrival, the hotel staff greeted us with a smile and a lovely, refreshing welcome drink. Even though we arrived slightly early, our rooms were ready. We paid for basic rooms however were pleasantly surprised, they were clean and had everything we need (albeit slightly small with a travel cot but not a problem as we barely spent much time in the room anyway). The rooms were cleaned and towels and bedsheets changed daily, you can decide whether you want the sheets/ towels changing less often if you wish. The cleaners always greeted you with a smile & Ola! The showers were powerful. The lifts worked fine for us which was needed with a pram. The food was incredible quality & by far the best all inclusive we’ve ever been to. Lots of choice and always hot and fresh. Special mention to Manuel who was the front of house and greeted us every lunch & dinner time. He remembered the name of my little girl and always greeted us with a smile. All of the restaurant staff were so friendly and welcoming, and incredibly efficient at all times. You never had to queue for long to get a table if it got busy. The pools were great, although you had to get up to reserve a spot at the pool with your towel. The doors open each morning at 8am so not too early to pop down. Plenty of choice for all inclusive drinks, cocktails included and ice creams too. The Sangria is a must! Evening entertainment was great, the entertainment team work tirelessly daily to make sure everyone has a good time without pressuring you into anything. Lots to do for the kids/ teenagers and adults as well. Everyone is so friendly! Overall, the hotel runs like clockwork. The staff and people behind the scenes know exactly what they’re doing & do an amazing job to keep everything running smoothly. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we will most certainly be back!

"We gave it one last chance...."

4.0

We to give the hotel a final chance as we have been very happy there. I could write 2 reviews... The good Hotel is clean Food is amazing Staff are fantastic The bad Superior room, whilst licely, have zero storage. Everything about this all inclusive hotel is about making money. Even the ents team ask for tips when posing for photos. Certain drinks are not free anymore ie tomato juice. Final insult was when i asked for a straw and was told that they were only for paid drinks! The entertainment was dire. Toni and Tasha were great but the others didn't engage. Indy even played waterpolo himself rather than supervising it, leaving us to retrieve the ball... None of the external acts were lit on stage, left performing in the dark. Acts have been the same for the past 4 years...needs to be revamped. Elton was a disgrace, ended up being a children's karaoke with their mike switched off. Entertainment finished and cleared away by 10.15 most nights. Other years, we've been dancing till 11. We have previously loved our time at the Ereso and have made lifelong friends, but now, we are done.

"Fab holiday"

10.0

Stayed here for 7 nights in July 2025 with my husband and 6 year old daughter. We had a room with a sea view and the view from the balcony was stunning. Watching the sunrise in the morning was lovely. Room was clean, beds comfy, great shower and air conditioning worked well (Patio door has to be closed for it to turn on). Have never done all inclusive before so wasn't sure what to expect but we were very impressed with the food, so much choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was fresh and delicious, lots of cold/salad options as well as hot food, we didn't feel the need to eat out as the food was so good and varied. There were plenty of options for our 6 year old too. Desserts were unfortunately so nice that I had to have at least 4 at lunch and dinner. My daughter loved the ice cream and sauce/sprinkles. Good selection of drinks, you could help yourself to coke, sprite, fanta, pineapple, orange, apple juice and water throughout the day and husband was happy with the beer on tap which was Estrella. You pay 50 cents for a cup from the bar on your 1st day then get a fresh cup when you get a new drink, then at the end of the day they give you a token to bring to the bar the next day (you can get the money back when you are leaving). This is to stop people leaving cups lying around and works well. The snack bar beside the pool had a freezer with ice cream tubs and ice lollies which you could help yourself to as part of the A I which was great. There's 2 big swimming pools and a kids splash pool with slides which was fun. We managed to get sunloungers every day but people do rush down at 8am to claim theirs! One negative was that the pool turned our swimwear green, must be due to the chlorine levels. Had brought a new white and blue swimsuit for my daughter which is now green! Location is good, really close to shops and other bars/restaurants. The beach and small harbour are just a very short walk down the road. There's a small funfair just across from the hotel which was a nice bonus as our daughter loved going there every night after dinner. There's a wee rollercoaster, dodgems, trampolines, bungee trampolining and ride on cars. We did the glass bottom boat trip which was good for a short excursion (only 1 hour), walked to the hippy market (on every Wednesday) and visited the next town Santa Eularia which has a nice harbour and lots of fancy yachts to look at! The hotel could be a little noisy at night, the doors to the rooms are heavy so you could hear them closing which was quite loud and also because we were facing the street there was road noise and noise from the funfair/bars. I think having a 'pool view' room would be a bit quieter as that's the back of the hotel but I'd still prefer a sea view room! My daughter slept fine through it all, I played white noise to cancel it out! The staff throughout the hotel are all amazing, from reception, bar staff, dining staff, housekeeping, lifeguards and activities team they all work so hard to keep everything running smoothly and to make sure you have a great holiday and are all very friendly. Special mention to Manuel who showed us to our table every lunch and dinner time, my daughter loved the fact he sneaked her a lolly every night! (He's also a dead ringer for Sean Connery!). Overall we had an amazing holiday and would return to this hotel!

"Fab holiday - the reviews are true!"

10.0

This hotel has fantastic reviews and it really didn’t disappoint for us. I wanted somewhere safe but with plenty to do for myself and my 7 year old daughter as we were travelling without my husband. The hotel was excellent and definitely the best 3 star I have stayed in anywhere in the world and we travel a lot. The food was perfect - lots of choice as with all inclusive but it was actually tasty and always warm. The entertainment was fantastic for under 10s as was the kids mini club and my daughter made some lovely friends. The entertainers worked really hard. There was never a rush for sunbeds and we always found one even as late risers at 11am. The fairground near the hotel was great especially the horse racing and super dragon. We found a lovely restaurant at the end of the strip - Mervant I think it was called amazing cakes and fab food as a treat. Minor gripes - our room faced the street and could be noisy at times and the coffee was abysmal - I got a takeaway each morning from Mervant for €2! We will be back - thanks Ereso for an amazing week of memories.

"What a wonderful hotel"

10.0

We had a fabulous week at this hotel and feel it is much better than a 3 star. Location is perfect - not too far from the airport and close to lots of bars and shops. Also very easy to catch a bus or a boat to other parts of the Island. Staff were all brilliant. All friendly and super efficient, bar service was excellent and the cup system works really well. Everywhere was spotless, rooms cleaned daily, the staff work incredibly hard. Food was excellent. Really well managed dining room, great variety of food and the sweet station was an added bonus :) We didn’t have a great view from our room but we were barely there anyway as we were by the pool or bar for the majority of the time. Would maybe consider paying a little more for a pool view in future though. The pools are great but do agree with the costumes turning green (& this doesn’t come out when washed either!) Wasn’t a big problem for us but was a little annoying. Plenty of sun beds and parasols. Entertainment was good and the team work really hard and try their best to keep everyone happy. The swap box and book swap are a brilliant idea - all hotels should do this! Overall our family had an amazing time and we would definitely visit again. Thanks for looking after us so well :)

"Perfect for a cheap and cheerful getaway"

8.0

A lovely hotel for a cheap getaway, I think its absolutely what you expect for a 3 star hotel. The rooms were very spacious and super clean. The staff work very hard and were all lovely, especially with our little boy, who had the best time of his life. The sunbed saving is ridiculous, but as it always is. Doors do not open until 8am and people started queuing from around 7.40. It wasnt needed though, if you didnt want to be right at the front there were plenty of sunbeds still available when we would go down about 9am. The foam party was great and alot of fun and there is the other usual activities, water polo, aqua aerobics etc. The reason I havent given 5 stars is there were some minor annoyances.. 1. The chemicals or something in the pool turned all of our swimwear bright green and smelt like sewage after a few days, our towels also smelt really bad. I think others had the same issue as I noticed a lot of people buying new towels. I had to throw away my white bikinis they were so bad and the green stains didnt come out in the wash. I have bright blonde hair which also turned green one of the days but luckily that did wash out! I havent had this issue in other hotels I have stayed at so unsure what was going on there. 2. The restaurant food was good, not amazing but good enough. However the lay out of the restaurant is a bit annoying as you have to form 1 queue and go past all the food you dont want to get something else and then its difficult to go back if you change your mind. It would be better if different meals could be put out at separate stations somehow as we have seen at other hotels. As we had a little one with us we had to queue separately so dinner for us took forever and one would be finished before the other even got back to the table. Lunch and breakfast wasnt as bad and there are a few nice restaurants near by so we did eat out a few nights. 3. We had a pool view right at the end on the road side of the hotel. There is a sports bar on the corner that is open til about 4.30am and it got LOUD around 3am so did wake us up every night..but then again, can you go to Ibiza and complain about the nightlife? And obviously this isn't the hotels fault. However it is closed on Thursdays so thats the day you will get a good night sleep! Despite the minor negatives, we had a lovely holiday. It was perfect for what we needed, a cheap family holiday so it is worth the money.

"Another fantastic holiday "

10.0

Another fantastic holiday here 3rd time and 10/10, location here is great, pools lovely and warm plenty of space. Plenty of daytime activities going on, I didn't join in but daughter loved the foam party- although pretty sure we were only ones dancing 😀 whoops forgot to take a pic for the 'gram 🤦‍♀️And kids club went down a treat she loved it! Room was excellent, travel agent arranged the room we wanted, and it was ready as we arrived in the morning which was a bonus! Cleaners do an excellent jobs and always friendly. Air con great- tip it's auto shut off when you open the balcony doors. Meals were excellent as always plenty of choices, you'll be able to find plenty, and if ice cream is unlimited and your on holiday!! Manuel on host was so great with our daughter and she scored an extra lollipop when her 1st tooth came out at lunch ♥️ honestly cannot fault this hotel at all, easy stroll to town/shops/bars and beach- although I will say the beach wasn't as "clean" as previous years- last year I saw a guy picking up litter etc but many more cig butts etc this time. Anyway cannot wait now for 2026! Thanks again

"Best Family Hotel"

10.0

This hotel deserves more than it's 3 stars. It is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. If you are travelling with kids they will love it. The animation team work tirelessly all day and evening, entertaining the kids and adults with games, dances and a variety of fun activities. It is spotlessly clean throughout from the public areas to the rooms and the cleaners are lovely. The restaurant and kitchen staff are so friendly, there is a lovely man who greets you at the entrance and gives the kids lollies. I needed gluten free food and the chef came out to tell me what I could have and one very helpful and nice member of staff went out of his way to get me some gluten free items. Reception are also great offering juice on arrival and making us feel welcome. There are 3 pool areas, one a toddler splash pool and two other pools for general use. We can't wait to come back it is a gem of a hotel.

"Lovely 3 star hotel!"

8.0

We have just returned from staying at the Invisa Hotel Ereso from 19th - 26th July 2025. We booked this as a couple in our 20s, as a last-minute all-inclusive getaway with TUI. FOOD + DRINK A huge positive for Ereso here! There were numerous options at every meal time, including a veggie-specific station which was good for my partner who is a vegetarian. She found something to eat at every meal! There was only one evening meal that we struggled with, the Friday curry night. We did think some labels could have been clearer too, it wasn't always clear what some dishes had what in. All the staff in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. During the day we did not sample the snack selections, but had a few ice creams. There were a few known-brand ice creams such as twisters and nogger included which was nice. Drinks were standard AI quality, local spirits that did the job for us! There was a menu clearly showing what was included on AI and what was not. A few basic cocktails were, and others were around €7.50 which we never felt the need to buy. ROOM We had booked a superior room, and it was on the 5th floor. We found that the room was modern, quite small but no issues really. We had a balcony overlooking the top of the restaurant which some have complained about, but we were so high up it was no issue. We had lovely views of the hills and landscape of Ibiza. POOL AREA There are 2 pools both of which are good size, and up to 2.2m deep! The pools felt warm too which was nice. Plenty of sunbeds and getting one was no issue, I generally went down around 8:15AM each day, and always got one at the front of the pool. This is just the time I was up, it wasn't specifically up at this time to grab a bed. We did find as the holiday went on, and the cohort of people changed, beds became a little fewer in the morning. Maybe we had an influx of really early bed-grabbers, it was a noticeable shift. My one tip to everyone is there are enough for everyone, chill out a bit! Herein is our only major complaint and it's the pool turning stuff green! Anything white/light has come out with a green tinge which we're hoping will come out in the wash. However, it's not the best look and hopefully the management can find out whatever is causing it! LOCAL AREA Es Canar is a nice area, with a number of nice bars around the hotel towards the front. We also walked to the famous Hippy Market on Wednesday which took round 10/15 minutes. When we visited the local beach we found it a bit too much seaweed for our liking, wading out only 5 feet and my feet were absolutely covered! OVERALL We really enjoyed our stay here and felt that a few improvements could push this hotel to being a 4 star!
