Invisa Hotel Ereso All Inclusive

We had a great time, the location was so pretty and really relaxing, great hotel, staff work hard and with such a welcoming and friendly nature, food was good, cleanliness was clear to see..we will be back next year.. Many thanks for a memorable holiday and we will see you all next year...

Second time to Es Cana but first time at Ereso, so glad we chose this hotel. Room was up on the 6th floor with an amazing view especially at sunrise. Exceptionally clean hotel and the staff were brilliant. Shoutout to Toni in the entertainment team and all the staff in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was spot on too. Our 3 year old loved all the pools but especially the little splash pool.

Went here as a solo traveller & couldn't fault it. The hotel was immaculate, staff friendly and efficient, and the location is brilliant, not far at all from beaches, cafes, little restaurants etc. I went out of season so some places were closed but there was [plenty to see and do and it was peaceful and quiet. Food was ok but I didn't eat there much as wanted to try local places. This was my first solo trip abroad and I felt really safe at the hotel and in the area generally, will def be back.

If you want to keep yourself to yourself or join in this is a great budget hotel. Some of the rooms don’t have great balconies even if you book a superior room. Only good for a few days to a week but overall excellent x especially Sean Connery in head diner staff x

Stayed 21st August for 7 nights for the 1st time at this hotel and everything was just Fanatic ! What a great family hotel ! All staff were so friendly and welcoming, hotel was always being cleaned. Restaurant manager and staff were excellent, even when there was a queue for the restaurant you didn’t have to wait long. Great selection of food, fajitas were a fav ! All bar staff - quick service and very friendly ! Lifeguards always around the pool and entertainment staff, full of energy and enthusiasm during the day and evening entertainment was also good. Shout out to bar man Pepe ! And Our room cleaner Yolanda who was amazing ! As for the Location it was so close to the beach, shops and the hippy market only a 10-15 min walk. Everything from arrival to departure was faultless ! We would definitely return.

Just came back after a week at the hotel, this was my second visit after coming last year and it didn’t disappoint, not much has changed other than free WiFi (not the best but it’s ok) The food, drink & staff are all the same, all good and nice, place is kept clean, no real complaints (I reviewed it last year so no point saying the same things again) The only gripe (and it’s not a big one) is that the entertainment staff seemed really under staffed this year, it was quite noticeable because last year there was a lot of them so they were very hands on and involved, this year there only seemed to be about 3 of them so while they were good at what they did, they couldn’t really do enough and match the standards set last year. The music at the pool was also a lot worse this year, last year it was all upbeat euro catchy dance music, this year it felt very bland music that felt like it was catering to the English crowd with too many bland band style songs as opposed to upbeat cheesy holiday tunes, other than that, there’s nothing to complain about, Recommend the hotel highly for anyone looking to book but I don’t think we’ll come back for a 3rd year in a row, twice is enough. Great hotel.

So just come back off a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Would I go again!!! Hell yeah, sat with my family (off all ages) and we couldn't actually find any faults. The hotel and rooms were spotless, housekeeping in everyday, dinning room again spotless, staff very friendly plenty of beautiful food and choices. The views from the rooms were lovely and location perfect. The staff were always so helpful and friendly and the entertainment team were fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would go back tomorrow. They also had a resident cockatiel who we all fell in love with.

Honest review of our family holiday. If you are scrolling through reviews looking for a nice family hotel in Ibiza, then look no further! I'll break it down for ya. Reception and staff: Superb. Friendly and attentive all the time. Nothing is too much trouble. Restaurant and food: The all inclusive aspect was the best I've ever experienced. The food in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner was incredible. So much variety, all cooked freshly and piping hot. It was very difficult to not pile the plates high with food with the amount of choice! Unlike other hotels, the meat was cooked in batches as people ate it, so it wasn't sat out for hours and hours. Just beautiful food everyday. Again, staff superb and efficient. Swimming pool: Beautiful. Plenty of beds for everyone, although we got up about 745am to get the prime position by pool for kids. Very clean, and lifeguards attentive. Very clean. Pool bar: Happy staff and loads of options. Room: Well, again, beautiful. Lovely decor. We were in rooms 601,602, and 607. Which faced the back of the hotel overlooking Ibiza mountains. No noise whatsoever at night. Birds singing in morning, bliss! Shower was first class, and the air con was the best I've experienced. Ice cold, which was needed when it was 35 degrees outside! Cleanliness: Room was cleaned everyday. The maids were lovely and very good at what they did. In fact, the whole hotel was spotless. Entertainment: Some of the best I've seen. They work tirelessly to keep the kids entertained and the evening entertainment was brilliant and varied. Loved the la Bomba dance! Summary: A superb hotel, with incredible food, clean, and perfect for families. We will deffo be back. In fact, we have just landed, and I've already checked prices for next August!

Just returned from a 10 night stay with my 2 daughters and our friends. There was a group of 11 of us. We had a fantastic time. The hotel is very clean and smells lovely when you walk in. The staff on reception are great and check in was quick and easy. The rooms are basic but clean and well maintained. We had a back view on 4th floor and it’s not too bad at all. You overlook the kitchen roof but off in the distance there’s lovely views. I think the lower floors you’d notice the roof more. We spent very little time in our room. There was a fridge which was very handy but no kettle (only let down). The air con was very good. The restaurant is great, staff are brilliant and so friendly. You get shown to your table which I like, sometimes a small wait but never long, and there was 11 of us so to be expected. The food is really nice, my youngest struggled a little but she’s fussy anyway. So much choice, really nice and they change it up each night so there’s variety. I was very pleasantly surprised. The snack bar by the pool doesn’t have much choice but the kids still enjoyed a toastie or slice of pizza most days. I actually really liked the AI drinks. I only had the lager and the wines but they were all enjoyable and I was again pleasantly surprised. The kids made the most of the soft drinks and there’s water available at the drinks stations. Also I found the coffee alright as well. The cup situation they have where you exchange your cups for tokens is an absolutely brilliant idea and means there’s no mess. The entertainment team are excellent! The kids loved it. They work very hard 11am-11pm everyday and are always happy and smiling. Pools are great, no sunbed wars which was a nice relief, we headed down about 9.30/10 each morning and managed to get 11 beds together. Good location with the beach only a short walk away. Bars/restaurants/shops all close by. Overall a fab hotel, family oriented, great value for money and fantastic staff. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting to book.
