Invisa Hotel Ereso All Inclusive

Just came back from a week stay.firstly hotel was spotless, cleaning staff were superb,no problem getting sun beds anytime during day.food was good for a couple of days then nothing really went together.Manager of restaurant was amazing. Now a couple of negatives,pool was not the cleanest film of suntan lotion ,plasters and insects on the pool surface.Now for the drinks bar staff were brilliant, but all the alcoholic drinks ie,estrella,gin bacardi,vodka and cocktails were like pop.Therefore we had to venture out of an evening to get alcohol. We enjoyed our week,but don't think I will be returning soon.

First holiday away just me and my son and it was amazing! The hotel was lovely, good location to beach, bus stop and shops. The staff and animation team were fantastic and went above and beyond (although I got sick of hearing a certain song ten times a day -iykyk!! 😂) food was ok with a variety of choice although my 9 year did struggle some nights. AI drinks were also decent and the soft drinks were branded. Was very happy that there was no early morning stampede to grab a sunbed although some did rise early to grab the ones by the pool but there were plenty of beds available even after 10am although it was hard to get a parasol with some families having ip to 3! The lifeguard would do his best to find one if they could and often walked around saying hello and make sure guests didn’t fall asleep for too long in the sun. Was glad I paid to upgrade room to pool view - do this through the hotel as much cheaper than going through travel operator. All in all a great holiday.

This is is our last day in the Ereso , I write this whilst sitting at the pool watching juan do the aqua aerobics . This is our 4th time here . And once again it hasn’t disappointed. The animation team work extra hard , kiesha was amazing along with juan and the rest of the team , they are a credit to the hotel . Lovely to see fernando , Pepe , still here and the new bar staff are great too . Shout out to emanual too who always has a smile . Once again we have had a great time here at the Ereso . And will be going home doing the la bomba in our sleep . Thank you for a great 10 days we will be back ..,,,

This hotels facilities are exactly what a 3 star should be however it is the staff that make it special. Rooms are spotless. The furniture and bathrooms good. Extra pillows, towels etc no trouble. I would have liked the door to be easier to open on 5 the floor it's quite heavy and a few more English TV channels. Can't fault the view and the beds and air conditioning. The entertainment are friendly and approachable. The games are a bit 3 star but that's what I paid for. The night entertainment was ok some acts not as good as others. Didn't like the old Irish man he could sing but very outdated songs. The drinks are good variety and even get branded coca cola etc on soft drinks. The food was good. Variety and some good things like fresh salmon, paella etc. I always found something. Lots of vegetables and salads and fresh fish. My fussy teenager struggled some nights but always ate. Labels sometimes just say meat. Staff in the restaurant very friendly. Reception staff brilliant. They give advice and booked taxis and restaurants for me. The manager remembered my family from the year before. We normally don't go back as we want to see new places but made an exception. The location is great. Beach 2 mins, bus stop and supermarket 1 min. You can travel to Santa Eulalia and Ibiza town easily. The hotel has 2 pools plus kiddy one. We always found space and loungers. You may only struggle to get parasols after about 11 ISH we went after breakfast and aways got beds. Your not allowed to reserve before 8 am. Jet 2 were great at the airport didn't see them in resort. Thank you to all the hotel staff from the cleaners to the manager who really make this a great holiday.

Just returned from a week at the resort, what a week its been straight away walking in late at night the team on reception were very happy and helpful, quite quick check in even with 2 families ahead of us. Woke up next morning to go down for breakfast and again staff were all very helpful and polite nothing was to much effort for them this was the same at lunch and tea time, plenty of food on offer and everything I ate was spot on. No rushing for sunbeds every morning we normally went out at 9.30ish after breakfast and always found decent beds. Staff on the bars work tirelessly and again all polite and happy to help, entertainment team put a shift in aswell from early morning to late at night. Will deffo look to book again.

We recently returned from a 3 night stay at the Invisa Ereso, with our two older teenagers. We arrived mid morning (would recommend a private transfer, as a bit of a trek on a coach) we were checked in by Lillia, who was great, very efficient and friendly. Our rooms weren’t quite ready, but had the full use of all amenities until they were. We had two rooms, both with sea/pool views. They were modern and clean,beds comfy,no complaints. The pool areas were kept clean and never felt over crowded,able to swim comfortably. Always managed to get sun-beds, but we are early risers. Token system for drinks seems to work really well. The food was the highlight, amazing quality, spoilt for choice every day! Drinks were what you’d expect at a 3star hotel. Wine wasn’t too bad, the self service soft drinks fine,cocktails standard. Entertainment was fine, we had a laugh. There are a few bars and restaurants within a short walk also. Beach is a quick walk away with water-sports on offer. We also ventured to the hippy market, which is a 15min walk. As we had a late flight, we paid for a late check out room (10 euro an hour) well worth it! Have to say, the staff were an absolute credit to the hotel, everyone we came across was so friendly and welcoming, special mention to Carolina in the dining room, who was delightful. All in all, we had a fantastic family break, ticked all the boxes!

We've just got back from a fabulous week's holiday here and we loved every minute of it. It's an hour on the coach from the airport and the hotel is great! Food is good (even for our daughter who is veggie). There's a great choice every day, for every meal. Always fresh veg, salad and fruit. They have a selection of meats and bread too. They have a kids section and lots of lovely deserts. My daughter loved the marshmallows with melted chocolate on. The pools are fab. The bottom pool gets very busy but the top pool is much quieter. When the pool gets busy, you can't have floaties in with you. We did struggle to get a sun bed some days and found it better to go to the pool in the afternoon so we could get one. If we needed a sun umbrella, we asked the lifeguard and he found us one every time. The location is perfect. 5 mins walk to the beach and there are many shops and bars around too. The rooms were the only let down. There were 2 adults and 1 child. We had room 104, which looked out onto he back of the hotel. We could always hear the hum of the extractor fan from the kitchen. And when they were cooking, it did sometimes smell. But in all honesty, we got used to this and think we would have preferred this to a room at the front next to the road. The room was small for us and quite outdated. The OK was ideal for 2 people. They just stuck another single bed in the room and moved the dressing table in front of the patio doors. It was definitely a squeeze!! The shower was powerful and hot. Water pressure was always good! The entertainment was fabulous! The staff work so hard and put on great shows- we loved the bingo and staff musical shows! There's also daytime entertainment (we enjoyed the aqua dance everyday). But if you don't want to join in, that's fine too! You need to pay €1 for 2 plastic glasses. When you've finished, you can get tokens to use next time. There is a good selection of spirits available from 10.30am until midnight. You can pay for others, like Amaretto or named brands etc. A slush was €3.20 and a frozen daquari (slush with rum) was €7.50!! Snacks are available at certain times, we didn't have these but think you could get nachos and hot dogs which seemed to be popular. We had a great week's holiday and would 100% recommend this hotel.

The single beds were totally uncomfortable for myself and 14 year old daughter. Worst still, the bathroom door locked itself from the outside meaning that we couldn’t get in to the bathroom. People had to keep coming in to open it with screwdrivers but then it just locked again when closed from the outside.

Can’t really fault the hotel, all staff were so so so friendly, check in was faultless, the animation team were the best I’ve seen in a long while, you can’t tell they genuinely love their jobs!! Plenty of sunbeds, a number of pools to use plus a little sun terrace if you wanted a bit of peace of quiet. You’re literally a 5 minute walk from the local town with all amenities needed. My only thing would be the rooms, the walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbours conversations but it was comfortable and clean. I paid a little extra for a pool/sea view which was worth it. All in all a great hotel, would 100% recommend. Great for families, couples and friends.

We have returned from this hotel this week and travelled with two children. We had a fantastic time and would recommend this hotel. Our room was spacious and well maintained during the week by lovely staff. The buffet was brilliant; great variety, tasty and different option each day to change it up. The hotel was spotless and staff were amazing. There was also snacks from the bar outside (pizza, got dogs, nachos, toasties etc, drinks and ice cream. There was a great splash poor, two other pools, no need to get up really early to get sunloungers. We put ours down around 9am. The location was great, shops nearby, beach was close, there was a fair close by and the Hippy Market around 20 mins walk. Overall fantastic and will definitely return. Friendly and safe feeling.
