Invisa Hotel Ereso All Inclusive

Just got back from an unbelievable 11 nights at ereso. Hotel was spotless and reception staff were so welcoming when we arrived. Got told to go straight into the restaurant and help ourselves to the AI buffet. Got our room on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and a side sea view which was lovely in the morning. Room - First impressions of the room were a tad disappointing but that was mainly down to us having 2 twin beds and a single bed, but we didn’t let that spoil anything as everything else was superb. Balcony was a good size and enough for my son to want to go out every morning and evening too!! Shower was class, proper rainfall shower and that’s just a big tick for me. Restaurant - couldn’t find fault with the food whatsoever. Always fresh and enjoyable with plenty of options (breakfast, lunch and evening meal) and loved the Mexican theme night!! Big shout out to the restaurant manager (Miguel I think his name was) as he was so good with my son and always had a smile on his face with every guest he sat down. Pool area - sun beds never a problem. Always managed to get 3 and always plenty spare. Couldn’t understand why people got 2/3 stacked on top of another though? Kids pool is great and the main pool was warm enough. Couldn’t comment on the top pool as we didn’t go in. Entertainment team were always keen and happy. Very engaging as well!! Cleanliness of this hotel is second to none as well. No matter what time of day, you would always see someone making an effort to maintain the standards. Location was good too. Not much around but we found it more than suitable as all we needed was a couple of shops and a couple of bars and we were sorted!! We’ll be back here again soon!! Thank you team Ereso!!

Once again the whole team has not disappointed us. It was nice to see that most of the staff at the hotel are still there, especially the bar staff. The animation team was fantastic, they was really friendly with all the guest. It was also nice to some regular faces(guests) there. We have met some really nice people and can not wait to come back. It says something about the hotel, when guest are going back every year, if not once but twice. Keep up all the hard work you are all doing. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous hotel in a really good spot in Es Cana. Very clean. Excellent food. Already booked for next year when we came back. The animation team were also excellent without being over the top. We had a basic room. Cleaned every day. Had a fridge if needed

We stayed for 11 nights at the end of August. The staff here are so friendly in every single department which made such a huge difference to our holiday. I would happily travel here on my own because of this. No issues with sun beds. The doors to the pool area open at 8am but there are plenty of spare beds stacked up if you happen to be late down in the morning. The location is brilliant, with shops, bars, restaurants & the beach literally on the doorstep. There is a bus station & taxi rank a two minute walk away which is handy for exploring other areas of the island. There are boat trips & water taxis available too. The neighbouring (bigger) town of Santa Eulalia is cheaply accessible by boat, bus, taxi (or on foot along the coastal path if you’re fit!). It is well worth a visit. In a nutshell; the ‘stand out’ things for me which make the Ereso so unique: Extremely high standards of cleanliness. Very hard-working, friendly and approachable staff in ALL departments which is rare Fantastic choice & quality of food Excellent entertainment (but not in your face) Location of the hotel & the amenities available

Really nice reception on arrival with a drink and although we were an early morning flight the room was ready for us. Room was clean and tidy with fresh towels daily if required, our room was on the 2nd floor and faced the pool and you could just make out Es Cana beach in the distance! Restaurant was great and have to say the food was probably the best we have experienced in a 3* hotel, great selection and never struggled to find something different each day. Entertainment staff worked hard and we even had a pool party one day! Staff were very friendly, and we never really queued for drinks at the bar which was good. Great idea to have the 2 cups for a euro and they can be exchanged for a ticket when you don't need them. Pools were good and plenty of sun beds, although we opted for the upper-level non-smoking terrace as this was quieter and only a dozen steps to the pool. On departure day we were an early morning pick up at 7am but the restaurant was open for a continental breakfast which was nice. Have to say this is a great hotel with staff who were always happy to help, plus it is in a great location in Es Cana and would highly recommend.

We stayed at the Ereso 28th August - 8th September and we had a wonderful time. It was our second visit and can't wait to go back. The hotel is kept very clean, the cleaning staff do a great job. We had our room cleaned daily, with fresh towels everyday and bedding changed twice. We had one of the standard rooms, yes, they are a little bit dated, but have everything you need. The food was lovely, plenty of choice. There was a good selection of salads if you didn't fancy the meat options. You were always shown to a table which was good, you didn't have to walk around looking for one. All the staff were friendly if you interacted with them. The entertainment team go over and above to get you involved if you want to. They work so hard, I thought the entertainment was good. The musicals night was amazing. The service at the pool bar was excellent too, plenty of staff to serve you. All in all a brilliant hotel for a 3* rating. We would recommend.

This hotel is fantastic, the staff are very friendly and helpful from the reception staff to dining room , cleaning and entertainment staff. All inclusive food one of the best we have been to, fantastic choice every day. Rooms very clean , towels changed daily. Lovely relaxed vibe. Location great with bars and restaurants close and great coastal walk nearby. As a group of 6 we all said that we would return to this hotel cannot fault it, would highly recommend.

I've lost count of the number of times I have stayed at this hotel, at least 20! Which says it all really. Just like coming home and I'm always sad to leave.

Nice 3 star hotel, near shops, bars and restaurants. It's one of the smaller resort centres we've stayed in but does have everything you need. Close to a bus stop so you can see more of the island. Good food selection, sometimes repetitive. Certain cocktails, some ice creams, and the slushies are a paid extra even if you're all inclusive. Never had an issue with getting sunbeds, even with people reserving. The only downside was the entertainment. Out of the 4 nights of entertainment, we only enjoyed one night, and that was entertainment brought it (Motown singers).

Very family friendly hotel, great atmosphere and they all care about the customer experience. Would highly recommend for all ages. You can book pool view and ocean view for discount when you get there if you wish. Food and service was excellent. Rooms and hotel were clean. Great entertainment. Only criticism would be the beds are slightly hard but they give you extra pillows and blankets in closet.
