Smoking is allowed on the decks which makes it very easy to walk in and out of the room while smoking. This is really annoying especially to guest a floor up.

Sehr gute Lage zum Shenandoah National Park, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, effiziente Waschmaschine/Trockner, guter Fitness Raum. Schwimmbad ca 200m entfernt - pures Glück, andere mussten jeweils mit dem Auto kommen.

Horrende Preise für alle Extras (Minigolf, Aktivitäten, Sport (ausser Fitnessraum und Family Fun Night)). Das abgebildete Schwimmbad mit den Rutschen ist der dem Resort angeschlossene Wasserpark, dessen Eintritt exorbitant teuer ist.

Nothing. This was the worst vacation experience I have ever had. I will never use booking.com or TripForth ever again, and will ensure to spread the word to family and friends to avoid Massenutten, TripForth services, and booking.com. No customer service with any company of this companies. Fraudulent advertising to swindle the customer.

Everything about this trip was bad. Overpriced and a scam. All of Massenutten food locations are gross and overpriced. All of the facilities are dirty and dusty. The waterpark hasn't had maintenance in years, rusty and unkempt. The ad listing for the house we thought we booked has pictures of a mountain view. No other views to ensure you realize it could be a DIFFERENT you receive than the one listed. No disclaimer, nothing on site to relay the alternative possible options. I do not come here (and never will again), so I do not know the property or the possibilities. All of the pictures were the SAME. We were misled to believe this listing was for one house, not multiple units. Once you realize you were scammed and have not a shred of a mountain to be seen from anywhere on the property you paid for, no one will care. Not one bit. Not at all. So dont waste your time. I dont think its possible to get the mountain view through this booking, which is their marketing scheme. Even if that mountain is the only thing that you look forward to, seeing a speck of a mountain you thought you paid for. Quiet coffee on the porch? Nope! Make sure you waste your trip trying to get help from 3 companies that do not care. It turns into almost a riddle to play to figure out who to contact, especially since booking.com lists an INCORRECT contact number of 888-881-7480 instead of 888-811-7480 to contact the property. They acted like that was no biggie either for not giving me correct information. No sweat off their brow while you try to figure out the logistics of who and how to contact. Beds are hards. No garage door opener available during stay, so couldn't use garage we also paid for. But, who cares about that either right? The houses are attached. The first day we were there the neighbors burnt their whole breakfast and smoke alarms were going off, unit smelt burnt the whole trip. Icing on the cake.

We enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the property. It was personal and very comfortable.
