Enjoyed the space and the vibe! Was mostly welcoming by staff and had an overall great experience.

Difficult to find individual condo due to lack of instruction by staff and outdated maps given to us.

There were roaches. I called maintenance and they just said they would spray. Other than that (!) it’s a beautiful place and very comfortable

Massanutten itself is a great facility, but a bit dated in a lot of ways. They keep adding new things, but do not really keep what they have current or updated.

Loved our stay before Christmas. Check in was a breeze, house was beautiful and comfy. I loved being able to grill and that I could do laundry before returning home.
