Lo único que no nos vino bien es que la ventana de la habitación estaba descubierta, solo la cubría un visillo con lo cuál se colaba toda la luz demasiado.

Booking was cancelled and we were stranded. The owner never answered emails, messages or picked up the phone to arrange for the checkin.

Location was brilliant. Lovely view from balcony. Comfortable beds the main one being at least King size.

As mentioned in other reviews the 2 nd bedroom is surprisingly compact with very low ceiling but a comfortable bed.

The only thing is the location. But we had the WORSE stay of our lives! Our bed was infested with Bed bugs confirmed by their staff and management careless about the guests!

BED BUGS ( CHINCHES DE CAMA) This place must be urgently inspected by the authorities!!! Our bed was infested with Bed bugs and the replacement Apartment they gave us infested with cockroaches 🪳😭 we had the most stressful holiday , my 3 years old KID got severe allergic reaction from the bites had to take her to a private doctor, myself also. After immediately reported, the management (Gloria general manager) didn’t take any responsibility and didn’t even came to speak and apologise for the situation. They sent their housekeeper that confirmed the bugs and still they just treated us in a careless way with no empathy. Manager never replied to my emails or came to speak to us! Unbelievable Sofa was filthy Bed and sheet stained and with bed bugs The toilet was detached from the floor moving when sitting on it. The replacement apartment was infested with crockroates 🪳I have videos and photos of all!
