"I grew up in Fleet and attended the New Year Balll at the Lismoyne on the eve of 31. December 1963 ."

Being ghiven a ground floor room because of my poor mobility. The restaurant was excellent! When the heat wave happened I got a fan for my room. reception was a great help booking taxis.

With the heat there was a problem getting cold water from the bathroom tap and the shower - making the shower almost scaslding!

The hotel was nice, the room was really lovely and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Hotel staff lovely. Great breakfast

I didn’t like the £5 charge for the car park, I didn’t expect to pay when it’s part of the hotel. The tiles in the bathroom could do with a clean.

Reasonably priced, decent sized room, clean, proper bath with shower overhead, xar parking. Close to town centre for other food options. Staff helpful on check in, didn't need anything else

Minor point - charged for overnight parking in car park. Only £5 but just add it to the cost when booking, or ask if required and include it then. Would still have booked but would save messing about on check in. Can't comment on breakfast as didn't have it

"Poor wouldn’t stay again"

Great location

View was of a roof top Gutters leaked that kept me up most of the night with water dripping. Uncomfortable bed. Could hear room next door all night long. No phone in room to call room service

"No good for disabled people . Needs a good refresh"

The web site over sells this hotel .. I booked an access room for one night .. on arrival I had to struggle up steps with no hand rail support.. we were met by member of staff who booked us in .. he then asked us to follow to our room .. our access room was located at the furthest distance from the reception and for me it felt like miles ..

As said above plus the room was a 1970’s extension that looked as if it hadn’t been touched since then .. The bed was uncomfortable.. When other rooms ran the hot water the pipes made banging noises that woke us up .. Would not recommend staying here to anyone.. Could have saved money and booked into a travelogue for a better night ..

The location of Lismoyne is its best selling pount.

I found the shower cubicle small, but the Single Room was very good with all the normal facilities.
