"Clean place to sleep, very friendly staff."

Very friendly staff, and breakfast was ok.

No air conditioning, very low hot water pressure in the shower, a bit lumpy mattress, windows facing the party area of las Americas- every night noise until 3-4am and we could not close the windows as it was too warm.

The Staff were very good and helpful.

The location! It's so close to Veronica's. Thought we would be alright, however this was far from the truth. Every single night being woken up by teenage kids who are extremely drunk and causing trouble (outside of the hotel) our room was close to the road so there wasn't any getting away from this. No fault of the hotel but to close to the road, and the drugs and drink out on the main road. Very hilly within the hotel. Pool was a good walk from our room aswell. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with children due to our daughter not being able to sleep past 2:30am to around 7am when the noise and screaming and shouting in constant.

"Pleasant and modern apartment - great location"

Great location - close to bars and restaurants but not too near the noisy clubs. Easy check in, friendly helpful staff, nice apartment with quite a large balcony overlooking the pool area. Quiet and pleasant, beds were comfortable enough. Apartment was modern and clean with maid service every couple of days. Nice pool and sunbed area. Wi-fi was good.
