could not fault the staff apart from one life guard who like the sound of his own voice

all the apartments want a complete refurb the bathroom in particular are disgusting so dated have to shower in the bath witch is slippy and the shower curtain sticks to you 1 tv channel bbc1 internet only reaches so far i stayed room 113 G worst room i have ever had the sliding steel door at the back has no lock just a chain that is sub standard i got a free safe key from reception if you are thinking of coming do not spend the little extra it will cost you and go to the caribe just over the road witch is value for money and have had a complete refurb paraiso is little more than a dump

the location and safety was fantastic and staff were lovely and helpful if I go back im booking there again

German, the man in charge at desktop was brilliant, informative, kind, knowledgeable. Close to all amenities, bar/restaurants, 5 min to bus station, good pools, pool bar, towels changed, cleaning service. Great breakfast.

The location and the space were perfect. Easy to reach and enough space for everything really. The staff was very helpful with anything..we were even allowed to check out and leave our personal belongings there and use the bar area until we wished.

The bed was supposed to be a double bed rather than 2 single beds put together.

posizione molto comoda per il centro ( 300 mt a piedi )!la cena a self service decisamente sopra le aspettative come qualità/ prezzo

camera un po scarsa come posizione ( la nostra ), altre piu' centrali decisamente meglio , o almeno cosi credo .
